My parcel was delayed due to couriers being overwhelmed with orders. I was most concerned and sent an email to Hampers with bite to make a complaint, thinking it was an error on their part. A representative emailed me back, on a public holiday no less, explained the situation and apologised even though it was not their error. They gave me reassurance and could’ve waited until after the long weekend to do so, but did not. My friend loved the products and is still raving about them. This family owned business is truly genuine and great value for money.

Ordered a hamper for my mother for her birthday, since no one is able to visit in current situation. You took the money but didn't deliver. I'm beyond devastated....reading the reviews I'm not alone. Disgusting......

Ordered a hamper to be delivered to a friend in Melbourne specifying date of delivery as the 17th April which date is to be a special milestone birthday for her. She received it yesterday! As this was to be a lovely surprise for her while she is socially isolated, I was quite disappointed!

Had ordered a hamper for a business connect end of Nov. Had to follow up twice on order tracking number but did not receive it timely. The order was also not delivered until January. Poor customer service, never going to place any future orders folks...this is it!

I always send a Xmas Hamper to my hairdresser (and the rest of the team) every year. They loved it - both food and drinks. There was a great selection from which to choose and the whole process was easy and user friendly. I'll definitely be using this company for my next hamper purchase.

Ordered Christmas Hamper from UK for delivery to my daughter and family in Australia. Selected this particular hamper as it focussed on yummy treats for all the family to enjoy and no alcohol. Only thing they didn't like was the olives!

We ordered 30 Hampers for our clients at Christmas time, all were sent without our company name on the cards so our clients had no idea who they were from. On top of it they were ALL addressed to one of our clients May and Kelvin. Customer service sent out a letter to our clients the next day apologising but once again they were ALL addressed to May and Kelvin. We chose Hampers with Bite because they were the most affordable for a large group of people. I guess you get what you pay for ! Safe to say we will never use Hampers with Bite again.

Was to submit date of delivery and opted for the week beginning 15 December in order that get to my daughter for Xmas followed up via email on the 24 dec received no response followed up again very upset on 28 December was told it was supposed to be delivered by courier on 23rd december but they had no notification of delivery from courier. Hamper was finally delivered on 29th December and although well received by my daughter I was most disappointed she did not have the surprise for Xmas won’t use this company again
