Worst flower company ever.
We ordered flowers on 1st May for same day delivery but there was no delivery made. We followed up a couple of days for the delivery and asked for a formal refund. However, no refund was made. When I call the company, I had to wait on hold for more than 30minutes and no one picked up so I called the company again and a girl picked up and I told her that no one was picking up - she just shut me up by saying that someone will pick up and directly transfer the call without assisting. I request for a instant refund by cob today. If not, we will take further action. Feel like being scammed big time. If I could rate minus stars I would. This company is not even worth a star.

Never use this florist
Sorry disappointed and will never use this florist again. The delivery arrived so late, even though the florist was local. I tried calling florist and was hung up more than once when trying to find out where my delivery was. I have footage of the delivery person dumping the arrangement in high winds and running off.

Very disappointing

Disappointing - steer clear!
Wish I had of read these reviews before ordering, this is the first time ordering flowers online around the world that have not been delivered. Flowers were "guaranteed" to be delivered on Wed 29 April however at the end of the day and next morning the online order delivery advice still stated the arrangement was with the delivery driver. Spent 38 minutes on hold the following morning to be told the flowers had been delivered but the driver had not completed his log correctly and I would get a follow up text advising what time the flowers wer...Read more

After not hearing anything further, I checked with my friend - and spoilt the surprise - whether she had a received a delivery and learning she had not, I had to call yet again in the afternoon and was on hold for 25 mins to be told the driver hadn't delivered at all but no one had contacted me to follow up. Ended up having the flowers delivered the following day (2 days late), were supposed to be a larger bunch to make up for the inconvenience (I paid $154 for flowers, ($20) bottle of red and delivery) but looking at the image (attached) of what was delivered, the flowers seemed to be less than what was originally ordered. There was no apology that the flowers were not delivered, no apology for the inaccuracy on the online delivery details, no apology for being bounced around on the phone from [names removed] and no apology for time wasted chasing up a simple flower delivery. Never again would I knowlingly use these guys.1 comment

Terrible customer service, still waiting for flowers
Ordered a bouquet of roses (approx $100 worth) to be delivered the following day, paid an extra $5 on top of the already overpriced delivery fee for them to be delivered by 9am. It’s now 4pm, still waiting for flowers!!! Have tried several times to contact the florist, goes straight to hold music, stayed on hold for 10minutes and then hung up. Not sure if the flowers will ever turn up! Would not recommend doing business with them!

No flower delivered
Hi there, I ordered flower yesterday but it hasn't delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 6pm yesterday. It was an anniversary gift and I couldn't give it to my partner because of your poor customer service. Nice flowers.
Flowers ordered and explained on the phone were not what was received, asked for a bunch of bright coloured, received yellow and white - although nice. Probably need to use spell check as embarrassing when the card arrives and basic words incorrectly spelt.

Disgusting customer service! Fake! Awful company DO NOT TRUST
Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend, was guaranteed to be delivered same day but after a day was told that my order cannot be completed. Contacted customer service for refund but as soon as heard me asking for refund she put me on hold for half an hour then cut the line! Disgusting! Put dispute against them. DO NOT TRUST. no customer service at all!

Delivery not made
Despite placing an order (over the phone) at 9:30 am and being guaranteed flowers would be delivered by 6:00 pm that day, nothing arrived. Attempted follow-ups the next day by email, phone and Facebook have received no response. Very poor service (not to mention this appointment of my mother not receiving her flowers for her 80th birthday).

Will not use them again
I ordered a dozen red roses but was advised that they were of poor quality and asked if I would change to pink roses - I agreed.
The (pink) roses delivered were of very poor quality, with many brown petals. I sent a picture to Sarahs Flowers who advised they should not have been sent and asked if I wanted the order resent. I advised them That I didn't want any more roses (as I thought they might be the same) but that I would be happy to get something else that looked nice. Since that text message, and notwithstanding a follow-up text, I have received neither replacement flowers, any form of refund, or any further communication.
VERY disappointed with both their flowers and their customer service.

If ordering flowers ask for a photo of the flowers to be sent to you
I received flowers from a friend for my birthday. The arrangement was so sparse and the flowers imperfect and sad looking I did not even send a photo of the flowers to my friend as they would have been embarrassed. Suggest if you order from this company you ask them to text you a photo of the flowers. When a florist knows the buyer won't see them they can really cut corners like this time. More like a $30 bunch than a $70 or $99 bunch which is what they would have cost according to the website.

Ordered flowers that died within 24 Hours
I placed my order on the 9th of April for a dozen red roses. Order went through fine and everything went to plan.
Upon delivery the flowers did look ok and up to standard but 24 hours later they were all dead but one.
An email was sent to me and I left some feedback all constructive and not destructive or rude at all. A rely was prompt from Sarah’s Flowers staring they would be in touch to resolve my issue but there has been 0 correspondence since.

Didn’t deliver as guaranteed, no customer service support
Extremely disappointing.
Ordered early yesterday with guaranteed delivery by 6pm.
This did not occur.
Emailed last night to follow up, no response.
Have emailed and called 3 times this morning, still no response to emails and so far been on hold for 45 minutes, still waiting.
I chose to support local however am extremely disappointed in the (lack of) service and communication - would not recommend Sarah’s flowers.

Not a top quality service!
I do not recommend this florist company at all. Called and ordered the Deluxe Fruit Box over the phone $123.45 and was not told they're unable to source fruit today until order was paid and am charged for Standard Delivery Fee (by 5pm). They have the WORSE On-hold time and one of the frontline representatives was really rude. I have called 5 times, hoping someone in their so-called Head Office would pick up to discuss the issue but apparently, their expected hold time is over 30mins. I am requesting a full refund and will never come back to this company. What a headache & waste of time! Order No. WDKYD

Really happy with service!
Ordered from out of state, was a bit worried because of this, but have been totally pleased with decision. In my mistake put wrong address, rang and was totally impressed with call, customer service, and reassurance!. Was delivered and my sister-in-law was totally happy with gift said was well presented and flowers were superb. Sent me a photo and I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much. Would definitely use company again.

Flowers were nothing like the image on their website.
We paid $115 plus $35 delivery for a bunch of flowers for my mum’s 70th birthday, they arrived and they nothing like the image on their website. Compared to the other flowers that arrived for my Mum, we paid the most and they were the least impressive. It was actually embarrassing. They looked like a $20 bunch from Coles. I was then put on hold for 20minutes trying to make a complaint.
I would not recommend this florist and will not be using them again.
