Time delays and errors
It’s taken 4 weeks so far and no one from EasyShed is able to advise when my aviaries will be delivered.
First they say this week, then they said yesterday (only to find out that was an error after I call AGAIN to see why they never arrived).
Now I am back to not knowing when they’re coming as EasyShed are unable to give a date.
Pretty disappointing!
Their mail correspondence is misleading, says it will be collected within a couple of days by the transporter which gives the impression you’ll receive it soon! NOPE!!
Shop at Bunnings, aviaries are cheaper there and you can receive them a lot quicker!

Weak and Flimsy
After spending close to an extra $500 to buy extra supports to hold this garage/shed together in one piece, I'm finally confident it will now survive weather events, like someone inside sneezing or a bird flying past. I was dubious about that.
The main and only support beam of any kind can't support it's own weight. It bent immediately with two of us trying to hold it up steady. The sides of the shed being 4.5m long and put together correctly bent and twisted as soon as we tried to pick it up to put it into place. The flimsy joiners and ed...
Read moreging popped their screws out and fell apart. You need multiple people to hold each piece for you to assemble them or they fall apart. The instruction say to use bits of wood to prop the sides up while you bolt them together, but the sides collapse the second you put any weight on it. Poor, ambiguous instructions and this is not any easy shed to put together. Customer service seems great but the product doesn't seem good enough compared to the competition.
The easy shed 3mx3m was on the top of my list until I found out it was only rated to N1 wind loads. Even the cheaper Absco sheds have an N2 rating without having to upgrade to cyclonic frame kits etc..
Hopefully Easyshed upgrade their sheds to N2 rating in the near future.

Great help for a great fix
I logged onto the EasyShed website looking for a storage solution for my longboards (surfboards), they're mainly between 9ft to 9.5ft and Ryan hopped onto the chat and we brainstormed together (during work times so I was missed for long gaps as I juggled my work requirements, but Ryan stayed patient) to find the best fit for my space and needs. He sent me an invoice to my email so that I could show my partner what we'd discussed and we will buy and get it delivered ASAP! Thank you so much!
