We love the mattress!!
We compared the big 3 "delivery" mattresses and so happy we went with Ecosa. Love being able to choose the firmness. It is like sleeping on a cloud! Being able to choose the delivery date and time is so convinient. Super impressed, will get another one for my parents.

Fantastic mattress!
Was initially sceptical as like most used to spring mattress and ensemble set. Thought why not with the 100 day trial. Came in the box next day so great service. Took about 5 minutes to setup! First few nights sleep were different but that was more so the adjustment. After about 4 to 5 days we started to fe the difference and really got used to it! Been about 2 months in approx and its so comfortable. Very happy we took the plunge! Doesn't disturb wide of I get up, tossing and turning makes no noise and has made a difference to the back without doubt.

Best mattress ever
Good sleep is a cornerstone of having good health and a good life. I was shocked at how much better the Ecosa mattress is than any other I have tried. Due to a delay in receiving the topper, I had a chance to try the mattress on its own for around 10 days. The topper makes it even better. My sleep has improved significantly. To summarise: I can't fault the Ecosa mattress, or the topper.

It's all subjective
It's interesting to read these reviews. Some seem happy and others not so. Some find the Ecosa too soft while I think its too hard even on the softest setup. I haven't decided yet whether I'll be returning it. I'm trying to be fair and give it a lengthy test but I'd have to say now so far, I'm not impressed. I would like it to be softer.
What do I do? Am I going to find the Koala or Duck better or worse? A lot of buggarising around and still end up unhappy.

1. Mattress was not firm, do not buy, if you have any back issues, not that firm, mattress sinks while sleeping
on back, so imagine if mattress sinks than spine is in curve position, I am not heavy person as well.

e by Salvos confirming that mattress has been picked up, but she was damn stubborn said Salvos has not sent us the confirmation and they they have to sent us confirmation directly. after multiple calls to Salvos and emails to Salvos they sent the email to Ecosa and Cc it to me to confirm mattress has been pocked up, after banging the head with Ecosa and rolling between Salvos and Ecosa like a soccer ball, they refund the money. I than the Salvos guy who was helpful and sent the confirmation 2-3 times. Also to add their phone number vanished from their website and so I had to chat with customer service breaking my fingers by continuous typing (they are dodgy mate) but that stubborn girl won't not budge and wanted to have confirmation form Salvos directly and she told me around 3 pm (near this time) that she had sent the email to salvos guy, but when I spoke to the salvos guy next day he mentioned he had not received email untill around 6pm, I think just to shove me off she told me she had sent the email to him Mate, just buy mattress from other company do not buy from Ecosa, save the hassle.3 comments

Disappointed
The purchase was great. The website was clear and the ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was faster than expected. As I am not in the ‘same day’ metro area, I did expect to wait a week but was pleasantly surprised when it was only two days. The box was easy to get into the house/bedroom and I unwrapped it and got it on the bed myself. t other people have written this too and Ecosa have replied to their reviews saying this is not normal - I can attest that I too did notice the smell, although it mostly dissipated within the 48 hours. The mattress is very light which means that if you like to tuck your top sheet under the mattress (as I do), it can come untucked very easily. I have found myself waking up in a tangle of sheets a few times. The mattress is delivered on the softest ‘medium’ setting. I left it at this setting for the first two nights but was waking up with quite bad lower back pain. On the third day I rose from the dead, I mean bed, and changed it over to the firmest setting. This was actually quite easy to do. Unfortunately the firmest setting is still too soft for me. I am a tummy sleeper and have been having some bad neck pain as I feel like I’m ‘sinking’ into the bed. There is also zero edge support which means that if you like to sleep close to the edge, you will basically roll off. I’m only one person so I’ve been sleeping bam in the middle, but I can’t see how two people would sleep comfortably spread out on this bed. Likewise, sitting on the edge of the bed to put socks on etc, you totally sink down. All in all I am a bit disappointed as I expected so much more! Clearly I just enjoy a much firmer and supportive mattress and will be going back to the brand I previously owned for 12 years (makin mattresses). I have initiated the returns process through Ecosa support and have received very prompt replies so far (thank you Grace), so I will wait and see how long it takes for the salvos to pick it up and my refund to be issued - I note others have had problems with this.1 comment

Bought this mattress because of the ability to change the firmness and being waterproof.
Unfortunately even the softest setting was too hard for me but the hubby loves it. I will say it stopped his snoring! And it really does reduce partner disturbance.

Worst Support ever - Avoid at all cost
I have requested return of the mattress due to the fact that it caused my back to be sore. They organised a pickup by local charity, which didn't pick up the mattress due to parking issues (although there is enough room to drive into my driveway). Fair enough, I thought, they will organise someone else. No such luck. Have been in contact with their support almost daily for 7 weeks, they just kept promising pickup, without doing anything. Had to report the to ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria before they organised a pickup by AirTasker. Currently has been 2 weeks since the mattress got picked up, I am still waiting on refund.
Avoid at all cost, go with Sleeping Duck instead

Didnt work for us.
We upgraded from a koala Double and thought we would try an ecosa Queen. Got a discount online and free shipping which was nice. Felt comfortable with the return policy.
Mattress arrived, but our queen bed had not so we waited 2 weeks to open and finally try.
The protector / waterproof cover / interchangeable stiffness sections are a good idea in theory, but in practice it meant the layers did not align perfectly creating small bulges that made the mattress look uneven. The covers are fiddly to unzip and therefore a standard mattress cover...Read more
would be far easier to manage, especially by yourself. Our mattress came out of the packaging folded in half and rolled, as opposed to just a continuous roll. When we put the mattress on the bed we immediately say the crease / sag in the middle of one side of the bed. As it was the weekend we thought wed give it 2 nights to regain its shape which should be plenty of time. After 2 nights of feeling like falling off the bed, and lower back feeling the effects of the sag we decided to return the mattress and go back to a koala Queen, which we have been happy with again ever since. Returning to ecosa required taking some Pictures of the mattress and emailing description of issue. This is annoying but I understand. I took photos showing sag and emailed. They tried to ask us if we could try the bed for longer but I told them without hesitation Im not sleeping on a faulty mattress and that we were not happy generally with the purchase and wanted a refund.1 comment

The bed is as hard as sleeping on concrete if you are a side sleeper.

ve our mattress due to the same reason we can't deny the fact that most if not all, love our mattress as it helps them have a better sleep. There are other factors that may affect your sleep, this is also one of the reasons why we designed our mattress to have different firmness level that you can try. Problems with return and refund
I tried mattress as per policy for 2 weeks, but it was definitely not what I expected.
I want to return the mattress and started the process already 3 weeks ago!I have to write many emails to support, but so far support team is absolutely useless. Salvation Army doesn't call me to pick up mattress and I cannot get my refund. Ecosa only replies, that they will follow up and nothing is going on. I have been waiting 3 weeks and really sick to be messed around. I also called to Salvo, my closest shop even didn't know about Ecosa!

Fake company fake policies
I ordered this mattress because my husband has acute backache after a major motor car accident. At the time of purchase we had enquired many times that if mattress doesn't suit his health will it be easy to return. Waste of money.
Left mattress for 72 hours to inflate. Within one week of use an obvious ridge formed along middle and sag on one side. Rang to return and informed we had to wait 14 day trial period before able to return then we would have to wait up to 10 days for Salvation Army to contact us with a pick up date and if they did not want it then it would be an unspecified time to find someone to take the mattress before any refund would be forthcoming. Warranty not worth a pinch of salt. Don't waste your money.

Good luck getting your money back, i've been waiting 3 weeks and counting.
Returned bed as it was too hot for me to sleep on without sweating in winter. On their site they say "Once the mattress has been collected you will be issued with a full refund."
What they actually mean is that once the mattress is collected it's now your job to let them know its been picked up. Then you have to wait until the Salvation army has confirmed its been picked up. So if they don't confirm (as they haven't in my case) then Ecosas system is to sit there with their "dedicated team" and wait for the Salvation army to let them know its been collected.
It's now been 3 weeks now, no money and no mattress and sleeping on the couch. Thanks Ecosa!

My husband laughed at me with a bed in a box, he thought it was a joke and a waste of money. He has literally eaten his words now, and says it is the best purchase I have ever made. Had this mattress for over 3 years and have spent thousands on chiropractic sessions since
Bought a queen size bed in 2016. As they age these foam mattresses soften in the middle and are bad for your back. Dont get it and save chiropractic money.
