I ordered and paid for my new Ecosa mattress on a Sunday and it was at my door (metropolitan address) by 9am the next morning. It is so comfortable and the process was so effortless and that I had to review this product and recommend it. The only cautionary tale is that it's heavy and cumbersome so best to have another set of hands help you to unpack the mattress and put in on your bed frame.

The mattress is great their marketing team though sucks!

Very happy with the quality of my mattress, its very comfortable and absolutely LOVE the removable cover that I can wash so I will always have a fresh smelling mattress.

Ever since i bought it one year ago, i have been tired. This gives u back pain in the morning and i end up sleeping 10 hours because it leaves you so tired in the morning, feels like it drained all my energy at night. i have been sleeping on the couch which is so much more confortable than sleeping on the bed now. my husband feels the same. can't believe i wasted $1200 on it, its sad to throw it away too. i thought we would get used to it so didnt send it bck but i was wrong. i dont know what all these good reviews are for. don't but it.

It’s taken a couple of nights to get used to but I love it now! I no longer have pain from sciatica when I sleep on my back as well!

I had been going to bed on an old mattress that was giving me back pain so I got an ecosa off the advice of some friends. My back pain while in bed has greatly improved and I can sleep the whole night without waking up with an aching back.

Purchased mattress and topper. Had issues with the topper (see review ecosa topper ‘slip sliding away’). Thought I’d try the mattress without the topper as I was frustrated with the fitted bottom sheet being pulled down the bed by the topper movement. HUGE MISTAKE. Worst nights sleep I’ve had in years, was like sleeping on a rock which eventuated in neck pain the next day.
Have had mattress and topper collected today (29.01.2020) by a charity.
Wouldn’t like to see the balance sheet for this company with so many products being refunded. Same day delivery did not occur as advertised.
Due care is required when hopping on the bed-in-a-box bandwagon.
I’ve had copious communications with Ecosa re my dissatisfaction.

Love it. my wife sleep on back and side l do not feel her move as l sleep on my side. l no Longer wake up in pain from press on shoulders and knees.

ordered 2x queen mattresses and bed frames and 2x bedside tables.
Mattresses and bed frames are lovely and comfy.
Bedside tables had to wait over 2 months for them to fulfil the order. still waiting for delivery. They have tried to deliver 3 times now and keep giving me wrong information and telling me something is going to be delivered and it isn't. Wost customer service ive ever experienced. wish id never paid for the products with them to be honest.

Upgraded to my Ecosa mattress from a $300 Aldi one. Wow! What a difference. Finally, my bed doesn’t cave in on the edges or sink in the middle. It is quite firm compared to my old one, even on the softest combination. Maybe this is the way good mattresses are meant to be. Still getting used to it after about 20 nights. The mattress itself is very high quality, comes with a washable cover and can be altered to suit a variety of firmness levels.

After 7 or so nights, our aches and pains noticeably decreased and our sleep quality improved. Could not recommend this product highly enough. The order process and same delivery is also very impressive.

I have purchased 3 different mattresses (price range is from 600 to 4000). Ecosa was one of them and it is the best to sleep on.
Update..after been sleeping on this mattress for the last 2.5 months I would like to add that I've noticed that my sleep quality has improved a lot, I don't wake up with a neck/back pain anymore (this happened quite often before and I though this is because of my sleep position but clearly it was because of my mattress).
The ecosa mattress comes as medium firm but you can easily change it taking the cover off and change the order of the layers ( we didn't do it).
The mattress didn't sag at all (I'm 52kg and my partner is 88).

I bought this mattress online - and replaced my fairly new mattress that did my back in every time i had to change the sheets. I now sleep soundly and absolutely love my new mattress.
