I have used the night cream twice and I appear to have red and hotness on my neck. Is this normal? And will it diminish? Should I stop using for a few days? And advise would be helpful.

Yes, it’s very strong and takes a while for skin to get used to. My skin initially stung when I first started using it but worth it as my skin has never looked better.

I’m 66 and have started using epicentre for a couple of weeks. I have the anti-aging products. My skin is quite dry. Are these products drying?

I think the 16% AHA anti-ageing serum is great - I was using it to prep my skin for a laser procedure to remove actinic keratosis. I didn’t find it drying but I was also using a good moisturiser. I think the product line is very good, and certainly a great price. My dermatologist recommended them, so they can’t be too hit and miss!

I am 60 with relatively good skin. My problem areas are lots of pigmentation, age spots, which I can't find anything on the market that has helped. Fine lines around my mouth. I have sensitive skin. What Elucent products would be suitable for me?

Hi, glad to know people are discovering these remarkable products.
My personal experience after using them for just over a year:
the deep folds around nose and mouth have decreased by about 50% which means I look far less "jowly" than I did. Comments from friends and even my doctor confirm this.
As I have mentioned before, please do not be tempted to think that "more is better". A little goes a very long way and will avoid overdrying etc.
I will continue to use Elucent as the results speak for themselves.
Hope this helps
Cheers

I dont think so. It more makes the skin more smooth. i am on my second serum, but i dont think i will buy it again. This is the 2ns time i tried it. You may want to look at Wrinkle Freeze by MD. Its an australian brand. I use this each night to tighten my skin with my moisturiser.

I am 48 years old and have purchased alot of different creams, serums, moisturizes in my time... very expensive clinic products, myer and chemist products etc....I'd hate to add up what I've spent over the years.
I have been using the anti aging serum now for a year and will continue for years to come. The only effective treatment for me in the past was microdermabrasion & a peel. I believe this serum is also achieving similar results. Minimizing pores, smooth surface, great hydration, definitely anti aging for the wrinkles, seems to smooth everything out.
Finally found something that shows anti aging results and cost effective.
Best of all its made in Australia, beauty mate!

Hi wanted to know if you apply the night moisturiser over the serum and in relation to the eye cream can you apply to your eyelids or only round bottom of eyes and up around your eyebrow area?

Hi Kathy, I use the serum and night cream, however I do not put it near my eyes. I put it on forehead, cheeks, above lips, not on lips and chin and nose. I use a separate eye cream on the eye lids and under eye area.. hope that helps, anything further please ask. It is an amazing cream and has done a great deal for my skin.

Hi Kathy,
I use the eye cream very sparingly over the entire eye area.
The serum I use only on areas of most need i.e. deeper wrinkles around eyes and mouth but VERY sparingly!!!!!, followed a few minutes later by the night cream, also very sparingly.
If you are new to the products, I would recommend that you use the introductory regimen on the Elucent website. It helps avoid any unnecessary dryness etc as your skin adjusts to the AHAs.
I still, occasionally, give my skin "a day off".
These really are fabulous products if used correctly.

Hi jenny, yes you will find it does tingle. Mine does to. the products are great and will transform your skin as it has mine. Make sure you shake the tube before you use it, or roll it between your hands to mix it up. Alex, anything else just ask

Hi Jenny, yes, it does tingle a little.
Just remember to use only at night and the tiniest bit is enough.
I've been using these products for 4 months now and my skin hasn't been this good for more years than I care to remember!

Meg

When using the Qv intensive moisturizer, place the closed tube of cream in hot water and it will become easier to apply, just a thin layer.
Otherwise,to buy elucent range, dermatologists and some good chemists ( Priceline does) will stock the product. You can also purchase these products from Priceline.com.au.

The Chemist Warehouse are now keeping this range both anti ageing and whitining and guess what it's cheaper!

I was wondering if will skin will react to the Elucent skin care range as I have very sensitive skin / combination. I was interested in the night cream and the eye moisturiser?

Hi, it's hard to give a verdict on skin reaction, my skin is very sensitive and combination too, oily on forehead, nose and a little bit on chin, but dry cheek, under eyes and sides of my chin. It is better to slowly build up to a new cream, try first every 3rd day, then every 2nd day until you can use it every day. I went straight to everyday use, the first couple of weeks, I could feel the tingling, but now (2 months later) not much at all. For the night cream and eye cream only use every second night as recommended by Ego. Don't forget to moisturise the neck :-)
