Did a comparison on line, then received a call, told the person speaking that I was not interested and would stay with my current provider. Within the next few hours received 3 phone calls, which I ignored and will continue to do if I receive any more. Obviously don't understand the meaning of not interested.

Rang me up with some sort of deal, keep repeating over and over "we're saving you money". I asked could i think about only to be told "what's to think about". I said am i not allowed to go away and think about it only to be told i don't need to think about it. Said that's it we're done and hung up...never ever use this company with its rude pushy salespeople.

November 27th 2017 Update: Stop Calling Me I'm On The Do Not Call Register

I have asked this company to stop calling me and I'm on the do not call register but they continue to do so I have made 2 complaints to the do not call register so far. Do not give your details to this company ever.

They just promise stuff they can't do. They don't respond in a timely fashion. I should have realized my mistake first time I contacted them.

Harassment. They just keep on calling... couldn't block their number as they kept calling after I hung up. I told them 3 times already I am not interested and the next day, someone would call back, again, ugh.

Talking to customer service at Electricity Wizard will take you back to the 90s where the customer service is none existent and customer service people are allowed to be rude to customers. Like when Telstra had the monopoly and the customer service is none existent, and downright rude. My goodness! Get your act together. I have spoken to 2 different people and they are both so rude and arrogant. A lot of people are striving to improve, while you are going the other way. Shame on you.

A great experience with this firm. Very helpful, good advice with no pressure, did all the connection work for me and cheerfully answered multi subsequent queries. Would use them again if need arises.

Ricky was a very friendly representative and helped me through all my difficult questions. Was all done with no fuss and he wasn't pushy at all. Highly recommend.

I made the horrible mistake of registering using my phone number. I used their service to compare my current plans with what they offer. I ended up sticking with my supplier and Electricity Wizard would not just drop it. They must have called more than 20 times, no exaggeration whatsoever.

I was disgusted at the way I was spoken to by a staff member when I told them that I had chosen to go with another electricity comparison company. The man became extremely angry and yelled at me on the phone. I hung up and then continued to receive phone calls which I ignored and blocked.

Offers Looked promising but were not, they called me about 10 times over a period of time at work mostly in work hours luckly i didnt answer them after i found out it was energy wizard constantly calling probably to save me money but i doubt it..........

Though likely outsourced, their shameless telemarketers rang me 11 times in the span of 12 hours... while I was overseas. Aside from costing me over $80 for international diversion -- even after asking to STOP -- they kept calling. Atrocious! My next call and complaint is to Fair Trading, the ADMA (I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry already)... Keep it up after that Electricity Wizard? I'm calling a friendly consumer focused judge.
