I’m not one to complain but I found it to be a bit of waste of time, and definitely waste of money, Tbo Grindr is border line better then this s**t

Constantly matches with people who don't have photos on their profile. Often my preferences weren't recognised when being matched with people.
I asked for a refund virtually straight away and I was denied a refund.

$390 for 6 months. The next 6 months fee was collected automatically and they refused to refund even though I wasn’t using site and requested refund 20mins after receiving notification of it being collected.
Matches all much older and absolutely miles away. Not elite at all. Just old.
Website very very slow. Photo upload takes forever and then has to be checked which takes at least 24hrs. Very hard to use website. Really bad. Expensive and unreasonable to not refund.

After going through the whole spiel and spending the hard-earned folding stuff, I ventured onto this reviews page. Should have gone to Spec-savers. I found the reviews to be mostly true. The site was well aware of my email address and refused to answer any questions I had. It was like I was invisible.

Cannot browse profiles. I paid $210 and receive 1-6 profiles a day. Of these 1-6 profiles a day half of them don't even have pictures or do not match my criteria age wise. That's a total rip off. There also does not seem to be any explanation of what the symbols mean in the app and it does not seem to be possible to hit 'enter' in a message and start a new paragraph. Very underdeveloped app. But yeah the worst is the price and you might end up seeing one profile per day in return...

A complete waste of time and money. I assumed being a paid subscription the quality would be better. As you sign up it appears there are plenty of people that meet your criteria but they are blurred until you pay. Once they have your money (monthly payments but paid in a lump sum upfront) you quickly see you were duped)..
There are only 20 matches a day and most of them don’t fit the requirements, especially in location. The wildcards are ridiculous and not even worth viewing as they are so far out of the criteria. You get countless messages, of which most are pointless ‘smiles’, from men from all over the place that don’t meet the criteria at all.
Extremely disappointed & wouldn’t recommend at all.

I've found this site a complete waste of time and money. It's one of the more expensive offerings so you'd expect you'd be getting quality. The matching algorithm is a joke. I was continually suggested men who were way shorter and older than the criteria I selected and who lived outside my specified radius - often offering people in another state! The policy saids they'll give a refund within 3 days but that's only if you haven't corresponded with anyone.

Earlier this year tried Silver Singles. First of all they give hardly any info and you think you are paying monthly but it’s the whole amount up front. Matches are just rubbish most of them could date my mother and the only one I find and started a relationship with was a complete narcissist (please be careful out there) Ditched it. Picked myself up and decided one more go so just tried EliteSingles. Thought wow been here before? Same deal no info etc, etc!
Same matches same loser men pretending to be 20 years younger or total psychos! So j...

Foolishly I bought subscriptions to Elite Singles and Silver Singles only to discover that most matches are the same on both sites. Does this mean that everyone else is stupid too and pays two subscriptions or do the two sites share profiles so it looks as if they have plenty of members.
Apart from that the matching is pretty poor.

My matches are not receiving my messages when I respond to them, I was having a nice chat and suddenly none is receiving my messages
Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Completely frustrated by this site. I paid my membership. Tried to get refund. No response until too late for refund rules to apply. After arguing that their site was to blame and proving my correctness - 50% was refunded for a 3 instead of 6 month membership. Since then I have no access to anything on site. I can not receive messages, matches, emails or look at photos. I have contacted customer service every few days and each time they reply with how to fix a problem - but not the problem I have asked for. THIS IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. Terrible service.

App is not user friendly. Unable to search with parameters. Can put preference in however not for if your match has or wants children or not. Definitely not elite. Waste of money.

This site definitely does not even warrant 1 out of 5 ...at least 20 percent of the profiles are fake ...they are scammers based in Russia, India and Nigeria or elsewhere.

I have asked for a full refund after two weeks ...doubt I’ll get my money back

The matches are totally random and done seemingly by region. So at one point all the matches are 700-800 kms away, regardless of preferences you set. The closest matches I've had are 200 kms from me...slightly more than the 100k I selected. It's always more money more money. The other side of the scam is opting out of payment...they charge like a wounded buffalo to start with and then, hopefully you forget to cancel, and they'll charge you again.
Great way to print money while providing zero customer service.

The site claims to be able to match you according to your criteria. Firstly, you actually need members to match other members. Secondly, the matching doesn’t even come close. It is inconsistent and seemingly random. They fool you by making it exclusive and hiding photos but don’t be fooled. Customer service is non existent. They take your money and run and don’t actually care about proving the service they are actually selling you. It’s a scam of the heart and the wallet. BE WArNED

This site is expensive IE signs top for months but does not deliver. The only supposed matches do not meet basic geographic criteria nor do they meet personality test results, often almost opposite.

This is a dating site that is not true to what it does for your money. It us ezmxpensive, 90% of clients are NOT professional. It is a difficult site to navigate. They keep your profile up long after you have left/withdrawn membership.

Avoid like the plague. This a German company whose small print locks you financially into a 12 month contract at an extortionate rate. If you sign up for 6 months they then charge you for the additional 6 months regardless. They are thieves.a disgusting business.

Oh and their platform is pathetic with very few people on it. Elite my are!!

I signed up after a friend recommended this site and I wish I had not. Most men have no photos or information and are supposedly my matches-by what criteria?! Those that do post pics are easily 10 years older than their presented age. I wrote support immediately after completing my profile and at less than 8 hours of use (well within their 72 hour cancellation policy,) and they refuse to cancel the account nor refund my fees. SHAME! Buyer beware...this is an awful company and product.

Do not even think of registering with this site. It is an utter scam. I registered 5 months ago on a premium membership signing up for 6 months, and under the impression they charge monthly basis (very expensive). Instead they charge me for 6 months straight away. For 5 months i have not got a single message or reply from anyone. I made a slight error when registering and tried to contact them, there is no way you can contact them. No email, no telephone number, No address. They do show an address in Germany, I have doubts how accurate that is. This is a totally rip off, and I don't know how they got clearance from ASIC to operate in Australia.

Nothing Elite whatsoever about this site ! You can’t contact anyone to complain and if you do find a way no one replies. I only found Instagram to send a message. Utter con and the site is full of ugly no hopers! Load of crap and I’m so angry I paid 120 pound or more for this!

After 2 weeks on this site I had 11 matches and ONLY 1 had a photo, I contacted Elite asking for a refund and they just canceled my auto renewal .. thank the lord. .. NO REFUND

Fraudulent take your money before trial period, actually they took mine same day. Fake profiles loaded and some have no pictures,hard to deal with this site is a real fraud

Most profiles have no photos and minimal one word replies to a few questions. "What makes you laugh?" Comedy. "What are you passionate about?" Life. I suspect they are robots or they outsource the writing of profiles to pad out the numbers. Profiles are full of basic spelling mistakes and often the same mistake over several profiles which suggests the same person wrote them all. Lots of blokes seemed to like 'dinning out' for a few weeks. Wish I'd read these reviews before I signed up.

- Most people don't upload photos
- Very few people bother to fill out their profile fully
- The 'quality' of people on the platform was lower overall
- The quantity of people on the platform was lower overall
- You will consistently receive matches that ignore specific requirements (E.g. located far away outside of set range, different religion)
- The functionality of the platform is poor.
- Incredibly expensive.
