I attempted to purchase a Preworkout product called Level X. First go round, got sent the wrong flavour and the best before was march 2020.... I received it in April 2020. I know these things chemically won't kill you after their best by, but this thing was in gross smelling crystallised chunks, and looked like gravel. In between getting flogged with spam, their customer service emails were quite responsive and I was promised a replacement.
2 weeks later they came through... With another expired product. Thankfully in the right flavour so you know. Small miracles.
Waiting on a refund that I'd better get or I will flip my schnitzel.

Worst customer service. My parcel was lost in the mail and then they blamed it on me for not selecting the insurance option even though his option doesn't exist on their EBAY store.
Never purchasing from them again.

Paid $323.19 on 10/04 including $7.57 for Easy Insurance that I did not know about or want.

Informed 4 days later that the items ordered are out of stock and offered different products or store credit.

As the products I ordered were out of stock (took 4 days to notify me, of this error) I require a full refund, not store credit or products that I do not want or need.

*What is the unwanted easy insurance about?

It has been more than twoweeks and I haven't receive my order evenwhen website says 2-5 business days. I tried to cancel orden and wasn't possible because is already sent

I was sent the wrong product to what i ordered and then tried to arrange to post it back and swap for what i actually ordered - was emailed 2 or 3 different postage labels and each time i went to the post office they didn’t work so was just hugely stuffed around then got told just to pay for postage i ended up having to just make another order and buy what i originally ordered, not shopping here again

More expensive than going to your local health shop. Do not waste your time or money. I ordered several products. None were cheaper than my local store as I found out. Paid for express post, a stupid idea. It took more than a week to get the products.

So happy with my online experience. Shipping was fast and Customer service was very helpful when I wasn't sure which product to purchase. Friendly and always replied in a swift manner.

Products I purchased were not even sent out until i emailed asking to which they apologised and informed me they will send them out to me express. They still didnt send until a day and a half later and only with regular post. When questioned they lied and said it has been sent express which it hadn't. When they finally arrived another 4 days later via regular parcel post, 2 of the 3 items they sent out were a different flavour to what i ordered. Now I'm still waiting for a response from them. Never again.

A item was not delivered in my order. When I emailed the customer service they told me that I had to wait till I place another order before they would send the missing item.

The product that is charged 59 dollars online being sold for 79 dollars in store. Complete ripp off.
No wonder no one comes to the store. Will never come back.

Ordered product paid $10 postage with tracking, item never arrived, declared lost, they sat behind T&Cs said it was my problem no refund or new product. Despite the fact Aus post would provide them with financial reimbursement, they had no interest in keeping a customer happy.

I purchased 2 proteins form elite Supps before 1pm.
Website states products ordered before 1pm will be shipped same day!
But here I am 7 days later order hasn’t been shipped and customer service doesn’t know why!

Honestly just avoid it’s the worst experience I have come across and customer service are just rude!

Website was easy to navigate.

They have the best prices on products. I paid for shipping but it was not much at all. My products arrived quickly, brand new, and with months (if not years) left on the expiry dates. They even threw in a freebie. Recommended!

i have been ordering oxyshred from this company for months and the fast shipping and free sample (sometimes i get a shaker) make for a great service. A+ would definitely recommend!

Poor service.
They have the choice of flavour and when a different flavour arrived they said theyd sold out so they just chose another flavour. Do not shop here if you want them to pick and chose for you or blatantly ignore your choice and just do what they like.
This is the second time this has happened- 2/2 times- I wont make the same mistake third time around!
Then provide a smart-arsed email back- I certainly wont be buying from again!

This company is the best supplement company there is Australia wide. I have had no issues at all with this company, all the supps Ive had are great. 10/10 recommended
