We were overdue for a new mattress and were impressed with the reviews on this one. Arrived much more quickly than promised, surprisingly given current issues, and is firm yet comfortable. Extremely happy so far!

I was expecting a softer mattress but I am not disappointed. A comfortable mattress whatever the position. I was particularly pleased with the great customer service and ease of purchase. Delivery was prompt and hassle free.
I would recommend this mattress if you are trying to make a final decision between similar ‘boxed’ mattresses.

A simple and easy way to buy a mattress. Good price. Was delivered promptly. Comfort claim of medium seems acurate. I fall asleep easily on it. Id buy another one.

Purchasing experience was great, from order confirmation, throughout the delivery process and fab courier.

However, the mattress itself is far firmer tham expected and does not conform to my body shape.

It lives up to my expectation. Comfortable and has just the right firmness. It’s also easy to assemble making moving in a breeze. My cats love to lounge on it too!

Firm mattress but very comfortable. Edges of the mattress are sturdy, and won't collapse like other mattresses that come boxed up. I wish I purchased my mattress much sooner. Guaranteed night after night fantastic sleep.

I no longer have issues with my lower back thanks to the support the mattress provides when I'm sleeping! I wasted my money on a posturepedic mattress that doest provide the same support!
I love this mattress!

It's a very comfortable mattress. It could be a little firmer, but that's just personal preference. I've had back issues, which the mattress hasn't helped like I thought it would, but it's definitely helping a little. It seems like a very durable mattress.

We got the mattress for the spare bedroom and wish we got it for ourselves it’s very comfy! Guests love it. Delivery and “setup” was also very easy, took a few hours and it was ready to sleep on

The mattress is very supportive and takes adjusting to if you have not slept on a firmer mattress. It is great for anyone with spinal injuries or back pain. That is why I had purchased it. I have enjoyed my sleep. I find as it becomes colder during the night, you can feel the cold from underneath the mattress which makes you cold. It does warm up fairly quickly when you get into bed if you don't use an electric blanket. The mattress has retained its shape and firmness. We have had it for 3 months now.

After looking around at other memory foam mattresses we decided to purchase an Emma, this turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made as it has helped with back pain. We can also move around and do not disturb each other.
Being able to remove the cover to wash it is a great option.

Both hubby and I haven’t had a single great night sleep on our king mattress. It Feels flimsy and cheap- unfortunately the mattress hasn’t met our expectations. Will be returning!

It takes a while to get used to but once you do it is very comfortable. Was nice to wake up with no hip pain after a great night sleep.

When I first received the mattress I thought it was a little to firm but after a few nights, I guess the foam has adjusted and it’s been very comfortable ever since!

It is very durable product I believe. The main reason I chose Emma mattress is as it is not spring based.
But some how we are getting back ache (may be too solid). Other person using the second mattress do not have any concerns anyway.

I was lucky because I bought Emma Single Mattress when it was on 35% discount. at the beginning i was wondering between Emma and Koala’s and I am happy that i finally chose Emma. Great price comes with excellent quality. I have a problem with my lower back pain however for the last 3 months i’ve been using this, i noticed my pain is significantly reduced. There is only tiny problem with this mattress is that you need to wait at least 24hrs after unpacking to get it completely shaped n reach to the right firmness. At last, I love my Emma mattress.

Positive effect on my lower back, and improvement on quality of sleep, simply I feel so much better in the morning. I had it for more than 3 months now.

Since purchasing my Emma mattress My sleep quality has changed to the positive. I used to wake up often during the night which is not the case anymore.
