The ads made it seem like it was a lot more comfortable than it really was but nonetheless it is still a great mattress and that is still comfortable and durable.

A simple and easy way to buy a mattress. Good price. Was delivered promptly. Comfort claim of medium seems acurate. I fall asleep easily on it. Id buy another one.

It is very durable product I believe. The main reason I chose Emma mattress is as it is not spring based.
But some how we are getting back ache (may be too solid). Other person using the second mattress do not have any concerns anyway.

I was lucky because I bought Emma Single Mattress when it was on 35% discount. at the beginning i was wondering between Emma and Koala’s and I am happy that i finally chose Emma. Great price comes with excellent quality. I have a problem with my lower back pain however for the last 3 months i’ve been using this, i noticed my pain is significantly reduced. There is only tiny problem with this mattress is that you need to wait at least 24hrs after unpacking to get it completely shaped n reach to the right firmness. At last, I love my Emma mattress.

Positive effect on my lower back, and improvement on quality of sleep, simply I feel so much better in the morning. I had it for more than 3 months now.

So convenient to purchase and have it delivered. Its a pretty good mattress that looks sleek. Have had some lower back issues so not sure if its the mattress or just timing. Time will tell.

I was really excited to get this mattress. I have slept on it a few times and didn't find it comfortable however it has only been 3 weeks. I am hoping it will be more comfortable after some time if not I may need to return it within the trial period.

Very firm, giving it a chance, despite waking up with pain in my back and sides. The foam mattress keeps moving off the frame. Not satisfied with my mattress unfortunately.
