Can you please explain how I get the 60 degree cycle to work? I set it for that time and cold water was all that came out? In fact it only washes cold no matter which cycle. It is an easy machine to operate as its preset but I thought being 4 plus hours the water would at least heat ? Manual says the pipe will heat it?
do Esatto washing machine make a lot of noise while washing
Hi Sally, providing your washing machine is balanced correctly with its legs wound fully down and levelled, your washing machine should operate relatively quietly. The higher the spin speed for the selected program, you will find its noise level may increase.
How do I override the delay on my 7kg top loader. The manual says keep pushing the delay button until it’s clear but it doesn’t clear it goes from 1 to 57 or something and then back to 1 again. I want to do my washing now not in an hour
Esatto EFLW6 6kg Front Load Washing Machine has stopped spinning and is showing error code E60, any ideas what this means or why it will not spin?
Hi Martyn, The E60 error code is a motor or control board issue. I would recommend reaching out to our support team on 1300 114 357. They can help you start a service call.

I’ve just bought a brand new Esatto Washing Machine (EFLW75). The Washing Procedures in the manual clearly states that the Cotton 60 degrees cycle takes only 2h40min (default time) but, when you actually choose the program on the program selection knob, the led screen of the machine displays 4h 41min. Which one is correct? I don’t want to believe that the washing cycle would be that long!? Please let me know if I need to contact Esatto Care Centre for a faulty display or not. Thanks
Hi Alex, This is longer than the Cotton 60 should be on. Please check you have not accidently added delay and if not please reach out to our support team on 1300 114 357, I'm sure we will be able to sort this for you.

Hi, my washing machine just stoped working last night the child lock is on and I cant get it off I tried to press speed and delay same time but it's not working the machine makes sound like it wants to spin but it doesn't.what can I do please?
Hi Caroline, Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like your machine is stuck mid-cycle. I recommend turning it off at the power for 30 minutes and checking the drain pump filter in the bottom left corner. This should reset your machine and you can check for any blockages that might have caused the issue. If you need help walking through it please call our support line on 1300 114 357.

Hi,
In the manual it's stated that there is a speed wash button but the only thing I can see is 'speed', which only regulates the speed of the spin. I would like a way to set a wash that's faster than the presets but also not just the 15' quick wash. Thanks.
Hi Julian, Thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid this machine does not have the speed wash, only the quick 15. This user manual also covers some other models that do have that button. I will point this out the the graphic team and get it sorted. Thank you.

Understood. Thanks anyway
Does the EFLW6 have a door seal? My door is leaking water very slightly. When the machine stops, water is still dripping from the door
Hi Hazel, This machine does have a door seal but I am sorry to hear you are having issues with it. Please check there are no cracks or damage to the seal that can cause leakage. If not please call our support team on 1300 114 357 and we can get someone out to have a further look.

Thank you for your reply
HOw do I open the door
How do I open the door on the ESATTO washing machine
Lift the lid to open or if its operating try pausing it .
Hi Lisa, The door will pull open from the handle. If you are having trouble opening the door it may be child locked or mid cycle. You will be able to tell if the child lock is on if a little lock symbol is on the display, press the delay and speed button at the same time to unlock. If it is running a cycle you will have to wait until the water has drained from the machine to open the door. Hope this helps.

My dish washer won’t drain all the filters are out and the hose from the dishwasher I have disconnected from the sink is there anyway of getting into where the water drains from the machine as the hose just goes straight in the back on the machine and blowing down the pipe I can’t get any air to come through it’s blocked it seems inside the machine any ideas would be much appreciated Cheers
Hi Gary, I believe this has been put under the wrong section if you are having an issue with your dishwasher but dishwashers can only drain by either tilting it backwards or running the pump. If you are having issues please contact our service team on 1300 114 357.

Hi there, Our Esatto 6kg machine makes a weird noise after 5/10 mins of the cycle. Manually drained it and cleaned the filter and tried again but it continues to happen. Kind of sounds like something is loose which is stopping the cycle. Any ideas?
Hi Bec, This sounds like there may be something that has become lodged within your drain pump filter- i.e. a bobby pin or something similar. Please refer to your user manual for instructions on how to access this and ensure it's empty, or alternatively please contact our After Sales team for futher assistance. We can be reached on 1300 11 4357 or via email [email protected] . Thanks
Does anyone know where I can get one in Sydney? Appliances Online no longer sell them and I need a good small front loader for my small laundry- though I 'd prefer one with less cycles. I wish more people made small front loaders!
I think AO were the only resellers. Wasnt aware they had stopped selling, they had some just last week for $615. If you can wait they might have it again.
Hi Paulinet, Our EFLW6 is one of our most popular models, so it may have been temporarily out of stock with AppliancesOnline. You can purchase this model from AppliancesOnline or Bunnings Warehouse (online only). Thanks.
I purchased an Esatto EFLW9 9kg Front Load Washing Machine a few weeks ago and have used it a couple of times with just normal washing - no furry items, blankets etc., but the washing comes out wet. There is no spin cycle on my machine. I did have a Samsung for nearly fifteen years and am sorry I got rid of it as I never had this problem. As an elderly person, I don't see why I should have to get on my hands and knees and fiddle around with the drainage pipe as it's a new machine.
Philip, there will be a spin cycle. I usually set mine up manually on 1200 rpm because I found the automatic modes not very useful (I’m getting on a bit, too). There is also a spin only cycle. You need to read the manual that would have come with it, and if you can’t find that, its at this link: https://www.appliancesonline.com.au/public/manuals/Esatto-EFLW9-9kg-Front-Load-Washing-Machine-User-Manual.pdf
Hi Phillip, thanks for your question. The EFLW9 can spin up to a powerful 1600 RPM spin speed, but the maximum spin speed will vary by program. Firstly select your preferred wash program, then repeatedly press the Speed button to cycle through the various spin speeds for that particular Wash Program. Hopefully this resolves your issue with wet blankets. Thanks.
I have an eflw6 when I select the Cotton 20 cycle then press Speed Wash Function the cycle time stays the same 113 on display & in cycle time
I have just purchased a 6kg front loader. I also purchased the same machine in November but had to send it back because on the 15 min cycle, when it gets down to 2 minutes to go it just keeps going back and forth from 2 mins to 1 mins about 8 times and when it finally ends the clothes are still soaking.
I have used the new one twice now and I’m having the same issue!!! Can anyone tell why this would be happening??
Hi Cindie, These EFLW6 washing machines have what's called "fuzzy logic" with built-in sensors to detect detergent remaining in the water and clothing. The machine will continue to extend itself until is has removed the detergent from your clothing. If you are often getting very long extended wash times, please try reducing the amount of detergent being used- this may fix it. Thanks.
