Powder Vs Tablets
Couldn't find the Ethical Nutrients Ethi Cal Bone Builder with vitamin D Powder, so I its review here instead.

rly gagged it all out. Tried putting it with my soy milk and cereal, still "gaggy". So I give this powder to my kids with their oats and they seem to be fine with it. Can the bone builder powder be mixed in a smoothie instead of being mixed with water and does it have same results?

Hi Shaz,
I would think that if you add the powder to a milkshake etc, that’ll add onto the calcium that is already there in the milk. So just make sure you don’t have more calcium than the recommended daily intake. Otherwise, sounds yummy!

Hi Shaz, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, Bone Builder can certainly be mixed into smoothies, milk or milk alternatives, yoghurt etc. It will have the same amazing benefits. We hope this helps!

My husband has Osteoporosis and has been taking Bone Builder with Vitamin D powder for about 3 months. Recently he has been feeling a bit lathargic and a bit squarmish could this cause these issues?

Hi Dianne,
I don't have a clue. Best to ask your GP about those. Document the symptoms, like the time, the duration and severity, to assist your GP in finding an answer. Good luck!
