when baking cakes does griller pan and bottom baking pan have to be taken out of oven
3 answers
Hi, no you can leave them in bit I don't so there is less to clean.
I say take them out because cake setting needs airfan to circulate hot air - the grill tray kind of stops the circulation but won’t ruin the cake or anything- manual
Says it should

Hi there Ive only had my oven for 2days and just wondered when you choose the setting you want and it recommends what shelf to use, are you supposed to remove the other ones or can they be left in place?

My oven light will not switch off after cleaning the oven. I have checked that the door is sealed closed, can't find any switch that might be jammed and have switched the power main off and back on. The funny thing is, that when I select the different oven modes, the light goes off when I get to mode 9 (of 12)! What could be the problem? The oven is only about 6 months old.

Hi.
We had our euromaid et12xl oven installed only four days ago and have found we are having issues with the fan..
started off great but when I have it in the fan forced setting the fan does not come on.
I cooked dinner fine with it, but if I turned it off and started it again for dessert the fan will not reactivate... is this a feature or is there a fault?

When the oven is used above 180 degress the top clip holding the door glas in place distorts so that when you open the door the glass detaches from the top of the door, evan when cold this strip is not fully locked in place. Is there some form of adjustment or is this just a poor design

Hi Mark, sorry that this has happened, it is not designed in such a way that this should occur. Have you removed the glass for any reason? If not, the appliance may have a problem. Please call us on 1800 444 357 to discuss. Thanks.

Hi...am waiting on the technician to come out next week...it will almost be a week without an oven...I hope they can fix it there and then...given it is less than 2 years old.

Hey Megan,
The temperature display will flash until such a time the oven reaches the set temperature, then it will remain illuminated.
Let us know if this is not what you are seeing.
Thank you.

Can I use the oven as normal whilst the grilling tray stays in suit? It seems annoying to always have to remove the grilling tray and pan if I’m
Only using the middle shelf of oven - I’ve been using oven on all modes whilst leaving the grilling tray in - it’s a space issue for me

Hi Megan, We recommend that the grill pan needs to be removed when using the oven. The reason for this is the grill pan stops heat circulating in the oven. Thank You
