Trigger Spray
Please consider people with arthritis in their hands. We CANNOT manage the small sharp trigger spray. Plus can you put more bleach back in....... it doesn't work anymore. Still scrubbing!!!

Burn the dispenser-keep the contents
Used to be a great product, and still is. Trouble is applying it.
What the f##k did they do, hire some American consultant to re-invent the wheel?
Keep the contents but go and buy a $2 trigger pack and transfer the contents.

Hate the new nozzle
Whoever thought to change the nozzle on this product should be fired! It has turned my favourite product into something I cannot be bothered using anymore! I tried to remove the nozzle and replace it with an older one but it could not be removed. All it does is spray in blotches and unevenly. Blobs fall all over the place and I believe is more dangerous to use. I'm an older person and I cannot squeeze the trigger very many times before getting too fatigued! Change it back to how it use to be.

Exit mould my favourite
I have used many products and exit mould is by far the best. The new packaging is so much easier to use then ever before - trigger design is less resistant. Don't change it please.

New design doesn't work
I have been using exit mould for years and found it very good. BUT I have recently purchased a new bottle and it won't spray properly, the child proof turning top is so hard with my arthritis to turn to spray and then it doesn't spray properly. Instead of changing everything for children why don't you think of older people with arthritis in their hands. I had to get my husband to break off the top (as it wouldn't unscrew) and pour the liquid into the old bottle. When it isn't broke don't fix it.
Purchased in March 2021 at Coles Supermarkets.

Don't buy it
Terrible I agree with all the other comments. Your hand gets drenched. I thought it was a design fault and took i back. Next bottle was the same so I changed it into the old bottle and sprayed my sink top and now its permanently stained it yellow so its a disaster. Don't buy it.

New design trigger pack is hopeless
I have to agree with all those complaining about the new trigger on the bottle. Absolutely impossible to open and then use. It leaks all over your hand while spraying. I notice that these complaints go back to mid last year at least, but obviously Reckitts don’t think it’s an issue. I have thrown my new bottle out. Now looking for another product to take its place. Very disappointed!

Very dissatisfied
I've been a lifelong exit mould user.
I didn't notice the new nozzle bit i DID notice the pitiful shot of foam that comes out, which does NOT smell like exit mould at all!!
I normally have to cover my mouth and nose to spray exit mould, and you continue smelling it all day.
But whatever they have put inside the exit mould bottle is DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME!!

Trigger to no more
Agree with assertion that the new trigger pack is dificult to use hard on hands, foam doesn't have coverage and I will move on to another brand after 32 years loyal use. Reckitts will suffer due to really dumb design and massive reduction in value for money.

New Trigger doing its job
The new trigger is clearly not a design flaw. The foam and short range of the trigger forces you to use twice as much product to do the same job, and the locked screw top makes it impossible to put it into another bottle. Clearly this was all intended to increase sales because you can’t control how much you use. The product doesn’t even work as well as it used to - probably because it only treats what the foam hits and it would take a whole bottle to do one shower.
I’ve spent twice as long, used twice as much, and my hand cramped up because i...Read more

Thanks for the reviews
I just purchased this product from Wollies but after reading the reviews, I will be taking it back before I even open it. Thanks for all the reviews. What a hopeless product. I hope the company does something about it.

New hopeless nozzle
The new nozzle sends out a thick splurge of liquid, not a spray. It took a while to figure out how to turn the nozzle, and then, imagine my reaction when, in using it, a think splurge shoots out. I took it back to Woolworths for a refund, and bought the Selleys product. I used to be a loyal Exit Mould customer.

New Exit Mould Nozzle
I have used this product for many years and it is excellent at removing mould and keeping my shower clean BUT I agree with the previous review. The new nozzle is useless. No longer a spray but a pitifully stream of foam. I thought I had purchased a bottle with a faulty nozzle so I purchased a new one only to find it was the same. I have now switched brands to Selleys Mould Remover which has a proper SPRAY nozzle.

New Exit Mould nozzle
I have been a loyal customer of Exit Mould for over ten years and have been very satisfied with the product, but sadly, I am writing today to complain about the new Exit Mould nozzle which is just not up to the job! Whereas before it was easy to apply a nice spray and get full coverage of the shower, now there is nothing more than a weak frothy spirt which is inadequate for cleaning a shower. My husband found the same poor performance when he tested the product.

It appears to work.....
This a water and chlorine-based mould remover which the product sheet: http://rb-msds.com.au/uploadedFiles/pdf/Exit%20Mould-Pronto-v1.1-D8256179.pdf claims contains 30-60% hypochlorite, plus a secret ingredient.
Hmm.... even pro's use a 10% chlorine solution.
Well it certainly makes the mould invisible. Fast.
Does it actually kill mould ? Who knows? Choice says no.

Cleaned our mattress
While I'm fully aware the bottle says not to use on textiles, I spot tested it regardless on a corner of our mattress that got flooded a year ago and became mouldy (we were desperate). Didn't seem to do the fabric any harm that I could tell, though it's important to note I did make sure to rinse off with water and a sponge as soon as the stain disappeared (literally took about 10 seconds or under - you can almost see the stains disappearing before your eyes it's that quick, at least on this type of fabric). The mattress is now bright white agai...Read more
n as it should have stayed before the flood. I know the decision was a silly one and I still wouldn't recommend it to others. The proper way to clean a mattress of mould is alcohol and sunlight, but since our mattress is screwed either way I didn't mind taking the chance.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
