This chair is very comfortable. There are 3 isues that I would change. Firstly, as there is no reclining mechanism (you need to push back), I would make it easier to operate. At present, one has to hold both arms and push back with all one's strength.
Secondly, the leather is very noisy. If you make a slight move in the chair,it is very noisy.perhaps a softer leather? We were told it would soften and become more suptle.
Thirdly, the footrest needs more padding as you can feel the wood underneath your calf.
