Cracked Glass and no response from vendor

Have this cooktop for just over a year installed professionally, and the glass at the top corner has developed a 6" crack. Send an email over a week ago to [email protected] but have not received any acknowledgement. The Gas Burners themselves are excellent products with strong flames and easy adjustment controls. Just the after-sales services seems to be lacking.

Purchased in March 2021 at Harvey Norman Retail Stores for A$1,400.00.

27th Oct 2022 update: Finally received a response from F&P with a case file number. So they DO have an after sales service!
