Got mine as part of a package from the builder. This thing is garbage. It does not take air out, all the smells are in the house, I checked ducting and nothing was wrong with installation, it's actually just a poor performance rangehood with a noisy motor. I had to pay for the call out fee because there was no fault. I thought for the amount of money I spent it should hold a piece of paper up!

Bought this a little over a year ago installed 7months ago. Looks great but looks are deceiving. It’s noisy and the extraction is bordering on useless. Leaves steam and condensation all over the cabinets and underside of rangehood which in turn starts dripping into the food on the cooktop. We bought this after being told it is designed for induction cooktops but I fail to see how it would work with anything. Do not purchase!

I researched all the items for our new kitchen renovation - even the rangehood. This model had great reviews and good extraction power. We previously had a pull out rangehood and I was concerned I would not get the extraction i needed with this - I was pleasantly impressed with it once installed - it is so good. FANTASTIC!!!
