Disappointing Washing Machine - lasted 5 yrs
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)we are a family of 3, machine used 3 times a week
started off well for a couple of years, quiet and did the job
after 3 years started getting noiser
after 5 years, lights missing of display and not switching between wash and spin cycles.. you have to stop and restart spin and rinse cycle manually
would expect better than 5 years from a mid range machine
too expensive to repair, won't buy F and P again.
Very poor quality filter!
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)Twice I have tried to clean the filter pump on this machine and each time I have gone to reinsert it after cleaning, the plastic has snapped, resulting in water leaking everywhere when I try to wash again. Fisher and paykel do not stock the filter seperate you and instead you have to buy the whole pump and have it installed buy a professional. Twice now this had happened. Won’t be purchasing from this brand again if their plastic is so cheap it breaks so easy.
Short lifespan, no support
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)Was whisper quiet when we first purchased but after about 3 years started to make a horrible noise on spin, F&P wanted around a $120 just to check plus whatever the replacement parts/labour would be. Its now just gone 4 years and the main bearing is failing, so loud you can't watch TV at the other end of the house and leaving a grease stain on clothes. I spoke with F&P and they basically said too bad, so sad. I accept that it's out of warranty but I got 9+ years out of our old cheap Simpson front loader. 3 to 4 years is just plain poor but F&P seem to think that's acceptable.

Terrible piece of junk
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)Had this washing machine 2 years. It has been a pain. Sometimes won’t balance load and it can take 3 hours to do a load. Now it won’t spin. Piece of garbage. Won’t buy fisher and Paykel again. Certainly would not buy the next model. Will buy a competitors brand. Incredibly annoyed.

Unreliable
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)Worst appliance in my house! We have lived in our home for just over two years and have so many issues with this washing machine, always has error codes and the technichians take so long to come out and fix it.
It make so much noise and shakes around violently even when leveled and pump filter has been cleaned. Honestly one of the worst purchases I've made.
Poor, Poor Service
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)Great machine until it stopped working (after 14 months) and came up with error 37...pump....cleared the pump and it still won't work.
Called service people as it is still under warranty and as they don't have any service engineers in the area can't even look at it for 3 wks!!!!
Been washing at the local laundrette and it's costing me a fortune!!!
What am I to do?

QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)2015...I love this washing machine, I've had it for a month. It's really quiet. The noisiest part is the water filling, and then the washing slopping around. I leave laundry door open when its on, and I forget its on.
It has a big door, and fits a lot on it.
Its simple to use. The one hour wash is great. The washing is coming out very clean.
I'm very happy with it :)

Constant bleeping
QuickSmart WH7560J1 (7.5kg)it washes well but requires constant attendance as it stops half way through and bleeps continuously. The error page doesn't help with reasons. Eventually I restart it and sometimes it even completes a cycle without attendance.....
I wish I had not bought this machine. Obviously im doing something the machine doesn't like but the technology that comes with this model is over the top..
