Sorry cannot answer yr question ... good luck
Controller needs to be matched to the machine.
Should be instructions included with the controller on how to select the correct machine size.

My washing machine suddenly started to smell of burnt out motor during a rince cycle .Pretty sure its the motor (is there two motors). Is it worth getting looked at or a waste of money as its 12 years old??

Hi, I have had my F&P IW712 only for a short time second hand, it has a code 43 displayed is this the balance sensor the same as IW812? Thanks!

Either the balance sensor, the wiring to the balance sensor - including the plugs and connectors, or your machine could be badly levelled, in which case balance is off anyway. Cheers
Thanks for that, yes it was the balance sensor, it didn't return the switch lever after a large unbalanced load. Easy fix, thanks

I think it is to do with the water inlet valves. You could check for blockages otherwise it is a service call. These valves do give trouble but unless you are a technical whizz they are not easy to replace, and you can't be sure the problem is not in the expensive control panel anyway.
I have checked the hoses - they checked OK, both hot & cold water valves tested OK and they are fairly new - cold water valve replaced 6mnths ago. It seems the motor panel may be at fault but how do I check the motor controller?
