Made settling our Newborn an Absolute Breeze!
We absolutely loved our Fisher Pice Big Hugs bouncer. As a parent with a toddler and fussy newborn that didn't like to be put down, the soothing vibrations and gentle bouncing were just what was needed to lull into a relaxed state and sometimes even a deep sleep!
Unisex, simple design. Wasn't too fussy or bright and no musical components so didn't overstimulate when we wanted calm! Easy to remove cover to wash all those newborn spills. Blanket kept bub cosy and hasness kept bub secure. Toy bar removeable for quiet times and soft teddies on it were removeable for when bub gets a little more adventurous with their mouth! Nice and deep seat helped keep our bub feeling safe and snug, Easy to put together (even by a heavily pregnant woman!!)

Excellent
I loved this bouncer, so does my girls. It was great to have I was able to get house work done. The blanket gives her security and warmth, which does not fall off. I found the cover was not too hard to remove and wash. I did find that when my 2 year old bouncer my 5 month old that she got a pretty big bounce and was very close to hitting the floor. It is light weight so easy to move from room to room. We also have rocker which both girls hated. Both girls seemed very comfy in this bouncer and i would buy this for anyone about to have a baby.
Blanket and vibration
large bulky, can get a big bounce on it if another child helps bounce.

Excellent
Bought this because it was on offer and was a little cheaper than some of the other models on sale. Really good for our newborn baby who is very alert and refuses to sleep in her cot during the day, very soothing and seems comfortable for her. Really good buy, would definitely recommend .
Easy to get baby in and out, she loves the vibrating mechanism and she likes to have a snooze which otherwise she refuses to have
Havent worked out how to fold up for transporting in the car.

Good
We borrowed this item from a family member whilst our baby was little. I was glad to have it during the newborn time, but it will be too small and flimsy for when baby gets heavier.
This bouncer is great for a newborn - it is supportive, soft and warm. The toys are useful for baby to gaze at and be entertained. The fabric lining and blanket are very easy to clean - it comes off as one piece and goes straight into the washing machine. The safety harness is adjustable and I feel that baby is securely positioned.
The battery compartment was difficult to access so I didn't bother with putting in batteries. This bouncer is not at all compact and takes up a lot of space if you have to store it or take it with you in the car.

Good
This is a great bouncer, especially for a newborn as it really does make them comfy & it's easy to pick up & move around.
Snugs around bubs, blanket is great to keep bubs warm & it doesn't come off as it's attached underneath with velcro. Vibration is subtle & effective to getting bubs to sleep, toy bar is great for bubs to play with, not over stimulating. Cover is easy to remove for washing & also easy to put back on. Dries really fast too. It's easy to bounce baby with one foot, & bubs can easily bounce themselves. Uses one battery & it...Read more
