I was charged a membership fee without my knowledge. The customer service is terrible. I raised a dispute with them, and they refused to reverse the charge. They are also adamant that I have 6 month membership, and ignored my request to cancel it by quoting their terms and conditions at me.

Scam website. Fake profiles - assure yourself of this by doing a Google reverse image search with profile photos, you'll find they are mostly from Instagram. If silly enough to have signed up for the trial period, block your credit card immediately as you won't be able to cancel or unsubscribe. Also don't enter any true personal information as they will hold on to it and use it for identity fraud.

This is a European site with loads of fake profiles, they are only there to scam as much money out of you as possible, they are not interested in Australian consumer law so when you try to delete your profile they try to scam more out of you

Be ware...This site is the worst Ive ever struck. I think all the profiles are computer generated. The payment system is clever and I ticked the trial, but somehow end up paying $149 a month, then help emails are not answered, 'help' phone line rings out. Then the next month because my payment wasn't available as I closed my card (another hassle) they are saying thee will be additional costs if the account is not paid. Add all that to the fact in 2 weeks I never actually had a human contact, well...Lol BEWARE !!!..oh yes, they stated at one point they had refunded my money,,,another lie

This site and its sister site,milf-area is a con.If you register for milf-area as i did,you get to see plenty of ladies profiles.I tried to log in one day and eneded up on flirtfair.The first look seemed familiar,then started to look at profiles,same photo as milf-area but different profile name.I contacted one lady which i had chatted to on numerous occasions on milf.area.She had no idea who I was,yet my photo and details were same on both sites.I agree with another comment that this is a call centre.

Sign up for free it says, don't pay for first seven days, they just use that to lure you in, then wham they get you signed up for a month then they changed it too three months with out my permission, AND then after cancellation is done by email That they conveniently lost

THis site is a complete let down. The profiles are fake, the chats are with a call room I suspect in the phillipines as the launge is Filipino. The photos are definitely not real. The call center operators become rude when you question them. STAY CLEAR OF FLIRTFAIR. there are much better sites full of real people seeking fun.

Joined up for a free trial but was then locked out of the site for no given reason after being accepted and having a profile posted. I don't have a very good feeling about this site!

OMG do not I repeat do not ever sign up for this dating site. They are scammers and so unprofessional!!! They lure you in to sign up for 7 days trial $2.99 Aud and then you chose whatever monthly trials you want to try later. I signed up for 7 days trial and I tried to cancel my subs on day 6 but it kept saying can not deleted contact service provider!! I emailed them no reply.
