I m using RealTv from last four years, currently using Hybrid 2, satisfied with video quality and services and easy to use. I will recommend to go with RealTv hybrid 2 .

M using Real TV from last 5 years, it's going 99% better without freeze issue if your speed is more than 5mbps. Nwdays i upgraded to Hybrid-2 and it have new features with rewind live channels and many more. VOD is also upto date . Pic quality is HD(1080).

I am having issues with the new hybrid box for a while and i have contacted their customer service number of times. But the reply and resolution was not logical. They did not replaced my box and they told me i had issues with internet. But it is wrong. It is working ok now but still not turning on in first instance. Not Happy

Real TV Hybrid 2 box, I purchased for my old mother who is cooped up in her home and now the box is buffering and picture is freezing, I contacted RealTV support and I was told it was an issue with my internet, I contacted my internet provider and checked the speed etc, no issues with the internet as other apps are working ie, Netflix, so then I tested it with mobile internet and same issue, picture freezing. I asked RealTV again they said to do the same testing that I went through with the their Tech Support in the first place, no resolution as yet and been given the run around, I will need to contact my Card company and ask way I can get my money back as there is no customer service.

I am a Real TV subscriber in Sydney Australia. Since the past two months the video quality has been awful. The video is buffering and I am getting a lot of stream errors. I contacted their Online support many times and I always am told that it is a problem with my Internet connection and I should contact my service provider. I pointed out that I have fibre connection to the house and am connected via ethernet cable and all other streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Kayo are working fine. I also sent them the speed test reports (ITR). Finally Real TV has admitted that there is an issue that they have to sort out with their ISP providers and they are fixing it. Till now no update on when this will be fixed

it is a terrible waste of money. the box is always lagging even with 100 mbps nbn plan. support doesn’t respond and hsve no solution to the issue. recommendation not worth it .

Piece of garbage, doesn't work. Horrible service. They always keep blaming the internet service provider. If you cant give a good product and service please shut your business, dont cheat people.

Please be aware of this scam of a company! Their customer service is horrible and the product doesnt work!
They have no refund policy so basically you get scammed for a useless crap of a device!
Stay AWAY is my advise.

Very poor service. The answers they provide is not logical, difficult to understand what they are saying. Paid $180 renewal and it always freezes. My internet on NBN is fast and hooked up the box with ethernet connection so why is it still freezing?

I am so frustrated to using this from last 1 year. This is terrible. Please don’t buy. It’s always buffering. Customer service is so poor. Don’t waste your money and time. Beware guys.

Bought real tv hybrid few months ago and the trouble started from the first week.
Most of the channels are freezing.
I contacted support team, and found that thay have even worse customer service.
Every time you make a complain regarding box they will say it's internet problem.
The item has a 1 year warrenty, but they don't want to take the box back and check if the box itself is faulty.
Lost $400.

With Hybrid-2 box, you always get best contents especially from India Pakistan and other countries. Easy to connect. Available all places in Australia. Quality wise is very box because I have tried other boxes as well but so far Hybrid-2 is best for my family. I love watching live sports on Hybrid-2.

I bought Real hybrid in Mar 2018, since then it has very bad performance. Always stop and play in slow motion. I have NBN connection wihc is more than 40mbps but still does not work. Sent email to customer service and they took long time to respond, every time same answer to disconnet the plug and back in. I called so many time bit problem nver fixed. very very bad service. Never buy Real TV box.
