Underdelivered, poorly organised
my 5yo had a slime party. the slime didn't turn out, not surprising as the ingredients were measured out. Most kid threw their slime in the bin. Those that wanted to take it home were offered containers with the wrong fitting lids. The entertainer had no cleaning up for the kids at all, didnt even enter her mind. We used baby wipes from guest and parents complained that they had to use solvo to get the colouring off kids hands once they got home. ... Read morety was at a park, you need to BYO arts and craft table for the kids. This was stessful to source and organise to bring down to a park. They had no table coverings and it took a good scrub with bleach to get my tables clean afterwards. I honestly think i could have looked upl a slime recipe on line, bought some cheap whacky glasses and lab coat and hosted a better slime party myself. disppointing and heart breaking for my daughter who was looking forward to her birthday so muchLIARS and CHEATS !!!! Waste of money !! Find another company !! Other reviews say the same !!! AVOID THEM !!!

I don't like to write negative reviews. But on this occasion the disappointment my son felt on his birthday has compelled me to do so.

I made an inquiry appointment. I was sent multiple reminders to which I said yes I could attend. On the day I was waiting for the phone call/video call... and no one called me. I am so disappointed. I will not be using Fly by Fun services. I did not even receive any follow up or apology for not showing up.
A very upset child
I booked a disco dance party for my daughters 9th birthday . Unfortunately there are not many good things I could say about the company . The whole process after I booked the party was far from great . I was told the entertainer would call me to discuss the details . After not hearing from anyone I contacted the company stating I had not heard anything . I received a phone call at 5pm the night before the party . I then received a phone call on the morning of the party and told the entertainer could not make it . This was an hour before the par

Very unhappy with what we received after paying $350!!
Our fairy was awkward, didn’t engage with the children and turned up without a plan at all. When I asked her what the plan was, she stood there umming and ahhing telling me she wasn’t sure because she had limited resources.
She yelled at several kids including a ONE YEAR OLD for shoving and not lining up correctly.
Barely any of the things that were promised were actually completed, and the ones that were done were poorly executed (see face painting photos). I paid for 15 children and had 11 in attendance but was told they couldn’t do pass th

Face painting was terrible - lines for the girls and dots for the boys - No music or dancing - Pass the parcel was a black velvet bag with only one toy which was not even a toy - promised parachute game and did not deliver - the entertainer did not know what to do

We were surprised by this feedback as Kara is a great entertainer who usually receives very positive feedback, she has been entertaining for many years including a year at Disneyland overseas. Unfortunately, we made an error on your booking regarding not to include Face Painting, therefore it was not communicated to the entertainer. However, due to this miscommunication, we did provide you with compensation. We are extremely sorry about this of course and do hope that you can give us another chance in the future.Terrible
Terrible service for what we paid. Entertainers weren’t engaging with the children and spent majority of the time putting glitter on the kids. The party actually died when the came.

HEAR ME OUT!
We had a lot of kids that needed to be entertained for a party and a google search led me to FlyByFun. They seemed to have great reviews and even had themed entertainers. After consulting with them they suggest I hire 2 entertainers to cater to the numbers and ensured two ‘hip hop’ dancers would turn up with their own music, mics, lights, etc. and would teach the kids a dance routine yada yada. This all sounded awesome and for nearly $600 for 1.5hrs I was expecting some high quality service.

Very Disappointed
I just wanted to make my child’s Birthday special and stress free. Each year we hire an entertainer .
This year I did not expect to be desperately mopping our hallway in the last thirty minutes of my child’s Birthday party, as your entertainer left, to remove an acid based product she used during the party, causing permanent damage to our hallway tiles. Entertainer spoiled my daughter's event
They are very good at luring people with good ads and follow up emails and confirming things.
But when it entertaining kids, I would rate them zero.
More than half of things which were mentioned on the invoice wasn't performed. Still I didn't mind and never reported. All of sudden company made a contact to ask feedback and when provided honest feedback she told me she will get back to me in few days which went for more than a month so I sent an email and lady told me she forgot to sent me a reply and told me her entertainer performed everything

Extremely unprofessional. Was told the night before my sons birthday after paying my deposit 6 weeks prior that they didn't have a costume. After expressing my disappointment I was told they would source one. A young man turned up in a cheap tacky costume which was gaping at the back and showing his tattered sneakers. We had booked an entertainer and mascot for 1.30pm start. 1.30 and no one has arrived. 1.35pm and I call the company. No answer. Call again at 1.40. No answer. Call at 1.45. No answer. As soon as our Director was aware of the situation, she did go and pick up the costume and wanted to at least do the mascot appearance for you. She was the one in the costume initially. The mascot appearances are just that as the person cannot really see and movement is somewhat limited, so all our mascots they usually just pose for photos and give high fives and hugs, they don't do any entertainment. So of course we had given you a refund in view of this but on the day wanted to still do the mascot as that is all we could do to try and fix the situation. Today was my sons 7th Birthday Party. We had booked a Pokémon party for 22 kids. including games etc. The staff at fly by fun were always polite and helpful by phone.
