website wont let you redeem rewards
I have been on website last 3 days and it wont let you redeem rewards. If you call they just wont answer.
They are clearly a criminal organisation.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
My card lapsed as I was overseas. I was sent a new one that I have been using. I tried to log on to finally redeem the points in my next shop and they either updated my account with a completely different card to what was sent out OR they never updated the card at all. Logging in is a nightmare, my points are sitting around and contacting flybuys is so difficult. 5 business day turn around for emails and I'm waiting 10 business days now. I call and let them know about 30-40min wait times and no response to emails and the person was not apologetic or empathetic enough to do anything about it. He just said oh it's a busy time, what to do. This is ridiculous
No support call centre or email - Useless/nil service
Could not sign onto app. Tried calling number, after waiting 20 min the person was obviously working from home with dog barking. Could not get the app to work and no technical support. Tried to email on-line and only space for six words in the description. WTH!! Get people back to an office where they can be supervised and have tech support options. Lost another customer for good. Sack the CEO at the same time.
Horrible Customer service
I waited almost an hour just to speak to a team member. I couldn't log in to my account so, I had to speak to someone to check my account details.

Rubbish customer service - CLEALRY Coles/Flybuys doesn't not care about their customers!
I tired calling the Flybuys customer service team this morning have been on hold for 40 minutes!!!! i tired yesterday as well and gave up after 30 minutes? I find this to be completely disrespectful towards loyal customers and unacceptable in 2022! COLES, FIX YOUR WAIT TIMES FOR CUSTOMERS THAT NEED TO TALK TO A TEAM MEMBER! STOP INCREASING YOUR PROFITS BY REDUCING STAFF AND PASSING THE BURDEN OF WAITING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS - NOT COOL!
Terrible customer service
I've had a Flybuys account for many years. Its impossible to sign in to my account, it's impossible to transfer points, it's impossible to speak to a person to resolve the issue. In fact no form of communication is available. This business should win the next shonky award.
Flawed system
I've used flybuys for many years but lost card. I have money (reward points) on it but 3 months later still no card so can not use.(must be in store only) I have refused to shop anywhere flybuys is accepted as it's a joke I can't redeem points. Other big companies offer a link to there reward program online which can be used at online check out. It's time flybuys caught up to the times.
Closing my account
Cannot sign in to website - and when eventually I did on the 3rd computer and App it would checkout what I wanted to redeem. Cannot manually enter address because information is cut off on mobile. Tried to phone only to have a message that due to long delays etc etc etc. Their IT department really need to look at their systems more closely. Very dissatisfied and once my points are redeemed will be closing my account. And will be reporting to consumer affairs.
Complete scam AVOID
I had huge trouble using their website to spend my points. The only thing that worked was transferring to cash. Once I had transferred all my points for barely any cash after years of collecting points suddenly the rest of the website worked. I would have much preferred to transfer to Velocity. Once my cash is spent I am closing my account.

Cant redeem points on tablet or phone
Will not let me redeem rewards on tablet or phone. Have tried numerous times and have to go to a laptop to do it. Not convenient!
Lack of service frustrating
I can't log in to the app or the website despite multiple password changes. So I called and asked for a new card. After 10 days I finally get a letter, but no card. I try to call again but now there is 1hr 15min wait time. Of course I still can't log in. Spent 10 years to get 20,000pts and have found them impossible to retrieve. Really not worth it.

After this week’s promotion I’m closing my account
Flybuys has become a joke. Points not awarded, unable to redeem them when I want ( silly grey dots circling around indefinitely). These programs exist to harvest information on your spending habits of course and nothing else. They used to have more reasonable promotions but now it is all about spending more than what you get in return.
“Spend $150 a week for 4 weeks and get $50 back.” So spend $600 to get $50 when you could have probably spent less and saved more by shopping at markets and buying only what’s needed. Feel stupid for getting sucked into this c.
Not happy not worth it
I have been using flybuys for years scan my card all the time, yet NOT ALL MY POINTS go on my card and I’ve only been able to claim once, I was about to re claim my next lot just to find there GONE money I had saved gone and my points are next to nothing and not all my transactions are there either, I never have this problem with the woollies one, and to cancel to have to call flybuys like seriously, so not happy won’t be using it ever again, it’s easier to just delete the card then sit calling them having to explain myself, I know lots of people are happy and don’t have a issue and that’s great, but this is not my experience
trying to add app to mobile
what a joke the Flybuys app is unable to log in as my details are wrong! customers now need the app to redeem petrol vouchers! no more paper dockets. Called customer service 13 11 16, I have to provide further privacy information what a joke !!, all this privacy stuff a scammers paradise if they hack into Flybuys, where is the 2-time verification system?? Might be better if I shopped at Woolworths where shoppers have had access to a digital card for years!! Coles and Flybuys what a joke

It is not possible to redeem your points for dollars. I have over 41,000 points (equal to $205). I tried to redeem it God knows how many times, but each time it ended up with bouncing balls on redeeming tab!!!

Extremely difficult to load money onto your card, to then spend in Coles.
1.5hrs wait time
Long phone wait times with a very repetitive message every 20seconds. Contacts say they will take action and then a month later it’s still not done. No communication to say why they didn’t to what they said and after another 1.5hr wait time they cannot even email any details through. I feel like their incentives are a ploy to make you spend more money every week and they hope you don’t follow them up about not getting the reward…. Not even the first time it has happened to me.
Rip Off
Wanting to redeem Fly Buys points from Coles. Forget about it. The app does not allow me to do it. Have sent at least 3 emails re the problem, Only 1 answered and they said there was a problem with the website.And try to contact them. Waited over 20 minutes for call to be answered. Will be taking this to the Ombudsman
Flybuys app not intuitive, difficult to navigate and access what you want to.
The Flybuys app runs a poor second to The Woolworths rewards app, when it comes to ease of use. Especially when it comes to accessing and using the 4 cent fuel offers. It is difficult to find and navigate on the app, and even though I believe I have done everything right, I still can't access my fuel discount offers when I scan my card either with the manual card, or via my phone, when I go to pay for fuel at the Shell service station. It shouldn't be so hard. In comparison the Woolworths Reward App is so easy to use.
Nothing but trouble
Contact is impossible. No one to talk to. Only message is "we are experiencing heavy demand" I wondered why and now I know. Dreadful service. Either lack of staff; unwieldy system; or 'don't care attitude' by management. Logging in is ok. Cannot get past log in page. Not a user-friendly system or approachable customer service. Even the recorded message is aggressive and arrogant. Awful PR. Poor security management - there are other better means of resetting passwords, updating details, etc etc etc. System architecture, processes and procedures need overhaul by an independent team with fresh eyes and approach.
I've wasted enough time with flybuys. Going elsewhere.
Terrible app and customer service
Unable to login to app to redeem any rewards. Kept saying log in details incorrect, and even after resetting password multiple times was still unable to log in. I called customer service for assistance, they asked for all personal details (full name, DOB, Flybuys card number & email address) but wouldn't verify me without my residential address, which hasn't been updated in 8 years (I've moved house multiple times and had no idea which address was registered to my flybuys account). They wouldn't assist me any further until my proof of identity

Honestly a joke of a company
You guys don’t go out anything and respond once a week with a different person asking for details. DO NOT JOIN. The amount of hassle is ridiculous and loss of points

They make millions off our data and return very little to the user as their website rarely loads and the customer service is practically non-existent.
Why offers that never get the actual points
Got a offer for 1500 point by spending $70 at liquid land - I did never got the points - why should I have to chase them - shithouse
Really suspect customer service
I signed up to FBs about a year ago, give or take, because hey, it's free. I tried to replace the paper card with a plastic one via the website, but no luck. It's now getting tatty so I tried again via customer service. I also used the phone number because for some reason the website does not work properly for me - it does not load correctly most of the time. To be clear, I have got it to work in the past, I am a member and I receive Flybuys emails. My phone number is correct and I have received codes from FBs on it.

I explained my dilemma and was told that the reason I had not received my card was that had not verified my identity by sending a photocopy of my ID (Driving License or Passport) to a particular email address that was reeled off at top speed to me. I questioned this to the highly supercilious customer service agent explaining that after the Optus Fiasco I was not emailing anyone anything to do with my ID! She said she could not help me. I asked to speak to her supervisor. I was told this was impossible and she 'could not do that'. I insisted and there was a pause before she came back to me as nice as pie and clarified my address and promised a new card within two weeks. This is all highly suspect and, frankly, I suspect identity fraud. I can verify that I made this call on October 13 at 3.39 pm and that the call lasted 28 minutes. I'm hoping it was recorded on their end because I'd really like this matter looked into.Flybuys is not providing the rewards it used to
Having been a flybuys cardholder for many years, up until about a year ago, if we had accumulated sufficient points we were offered $10 off at the till at Coles. Each time we were offered we accepted the $10 discount on our groceries. This has not happened for a bit over a year, we think (COVID disruption makes it difficult to remember exact dates). Flybuys offers no email or online form to resolve issues. When we scan our card at Coles, points accrue, but we get no $10 off offer. Flybuys is monitoring Flybuy card-holders' shopping by virtue of Flybuy card usage but now not even 'compensating' shoppers for that data by making the $10 off shopping available. Meanwhile Woolworths Everyday Rewards still offers $10 off groceries at the till when the points are accrued so we have shifted our shopping to Woolworths instead of Coles and will limit Coles shopping until Flybuys reinstates the $10 off groceries at Coles tills whenever 2000 points have been accrued.absolutely shocking service and the should have Fair Trading shut them down.
I have spent literally HOURS on the phone trying to get assistance in registering and claiming my points. There is no indication of the wait time provided. Then after you manage to speak with a human ages later, you are provided with a temp password but told it will take 10 minutes to work, so log in later. Then you try an hour later and are told your time has expired. I have never had these dramas with woolworths! So sick of all of the app stuff they go on with when you are waiting. This card system should be easy for everyone to use.
Offers are not honoured
Took up a Coles Comprehensive Insurance policy on the premise that I would get $50 credited to my flybuys account, 10,000 points. Been 3 months and multiple enquiries and still no closer to obtaining the offer. Flybuys blames Coles and Coles just keep transferring me to Flybuys. DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON FLYBUYS OFFERS INVOLVING COLES.
Worst rewards program I've ever encountered
Where do I start. My elderly mother has been a member for many years. Regularly receiving money off her shop at Coles being asked at the checkout if she would like to use her points. Now all of a sudden, this is not happening and she received a confusing letter telling her she has all these points to use. I am also a member and the same situation is happening to me. Horrible Service
I can't seem to log into my account for some reason. I try calling but get stuck in a voice prompted loop of either SMS or email - to which no one has been able to help me with for months now.
One person did reply via email saying to call because they can't change info on email. SMS no one replys. So you try calling back and can't speak to anyone except to SMS or email. Its actually ridiculous.

Redeemed points and have now waited a month with no delivery.
I redeemed my points for a product from POPINK PTY LTD and for a month the item has been stuck on processing. Pretty poor effort from them on behalf of flybuys. I redeemed a Weber recently and it was here in a week. I think Flybuys needs to have a good look at their SLAs in regards to Popink as this is what is contributing to their really poor ratings.
Keep receipts.
I like flybuys and make it work. I’ve recently experienced Woolworths everyday rewards program and it keeps track of receipts and even allows for receipts to be digital across all stores. Why does flybuys not do the same across the stores it partners with? Adrian.
Get with the times
Went to use my flybuys points to pay for groceries and they asked me for my physical card.
Why do you have an electronic card for Apple wallet if you are still required to show a physical card. This is ridiculous, get with the times. Everything is electronic for a reason.
Major SCAM
Joined Flybuys 6 months ago have over 40000 points and have tried to redeem some of them but cannot access the site, just get the blue screen and bouncey balls. Tried ringing recorded message says to email or log in to site, It's a run around !!!
