I spent almost 200 dollars at coles today. i was expecting to have a wine glass because I already had 32 points the last time I had grocery. As I looked at the receipt, i did not earn any points today. I was upset because I should have earn a thing.

That's because it finished last Tuesday but you can redeem till early February but like so many times this has happened they have run out if the glasses. I went to several stores to try and redeem my credits to no avail. Yet another dissatisfaction with FLYBUYS.
How can I redeem the points that I spent last shopping? It was suppose to be 10 points added on my glassware credit but they did not add it on my existing points. Thats why I am stuck with the 32 points. Yes. It was really a dissatisfaction to flybuys

You cant get them back the same thing happened to me
Bad news you can't get them back and if you dont use the card for one year they delete everything.
Do as I am and boycott flybuys all together it's just not Worth the hasselits like they are a law unto themselves.

Hi, If I buy an Apple iphone with flybuys points is it locked to a carrier or unlocked and I can use my current sim card?

I am unsure but I believe all carriers who supply sim cards with their phones have their phones locked to them. Sometimes they can be unlocked for a fee but I had one locked to Telstra once and it couldn't be unlocked. I had to throw it away and buy an unlocked phone to go to another carrier. Hope this helps.
