Keep the hawkers away from front door it is very annoying puts people off! Don’t mind RSL or the Ike but not the two who were there on 7/2/23

I have found Foodworks Sunbury to be a really great place to shop. The staff are very friendly and ready to have a chat.
The main reason I shop there is because they have a great range of G.F. products. Usually find what I am after. Saving me a lot of wear and tear on the old legs.

The wonderful staff at Foodworks Diggers Rest went above & beyond with their service.I made a phone request for them to hold a product for me although I am not a regular customer. They had taken the product off the shelf & stored it in the cool room until I arrived. They had no way of knowing if I was genuine until I arrived at the store,pretty cool & trusting in their assistance,such a refreshing level of service should be commended.

I can find 99.5% of what I want/need and it is clearly set out. The staff is courteous and I prefer their deli as one can have the meat sliced as one waits - I will not buy pre-sliced meat of any description.,

It`s always a pleasure to go to Woori Yallock Foodworks, most of the staff are extremely happy and courteous. When buying fresh deli meat, that is exactly what I get, fresh, they slice it there and then, sliced or shaved. Also they switched from the old paper wrap which tends to dry the meat out quicker, tho better for the environment! They now use plastic like the larger stores because it was requested by the shoppers. Also their deli meat on average is far cheaper on sale than their major competitors.
They care about the customer

I love that these are community involved stores, with our local foodworks supporting the kids soccer teams. They have most of what coles and woolies has to offer (with out the home brands of course). After my weekly shop at coles or woolies i always make the effort to go to foodworks especially for my cold meats. I wont buy them anywhere else. They have the freshest coldmeats and antipasto selecetion. They have everything you could imagine. And it's all cut right there in front of you, the smell is amazing feels like you're in the mediterranean somehwere.

This is a good alternative to the big 2 of Safeway, Coles. Remember, if the independants go under and leave only the big 2, prices are sure to rise quickly.
Convenient and close to home, great fresh produce, different lines and brands in comparison to the big 2. Love their deli section it always seems to have cheaper and fresher products compared to the big 2, staff always friendly and helpful, supporting the local community
