This is a very useful service. I would have used it before in the past if it existed, or perhaps I just hadn't found it. I had plenty of replied to my ad, even my rental is very unusual. And the staff were very helpful for changes that needed to be made along the way.

This was good value for money & I found decent tenants very quickly. FSOR were very helpful & clear with all their emails to me.

I have used this service over and over and have had good results every time. And with the amount of exposure you get for your money it stands to reason you will succeed. I think I have listed six different times with near immediate results on all occasions. If you are only using Gumtree, then you are missing out on about 90% of the market so it is pretty much a no brainer to use this service.

Great back up any queries or requests were handled efficiently and promptly. I have used another company previously but thought I would try someone different and was very happy.

This is a well organised business. We got our property listed in 24 hours and had good enquiry quickly without paying a fortune in advertising fees. They replied quickly to all my queries as well.

We used this to get our property up on Realestate.com, after just having a sign out the front without much interest. Using forsaleorrentbyowner gave us exposure and led us to a sale without having to hand out bulk $$ to a real estate agent. Will be using again next time I am looking to sell.

By entering search criteria in Domain and RealEstate.Com directed precisely for my property for rent, produced a result on only one occasion but further searches failed to reveal my advertisement although it did generate one enquiry. For the same period the identical add on Gumtree produced 5 enquiries although none of those resulted in an inspection of the property. Ultimately it only has to reach one genuine customer and the enquiry through FSORBO resulted in an inspection and a 12 month lease so the $99.00 was well spent.
Producing my own add was easy enough with my own text and photos but the FSORBO site didn't allow for an availability date to be entered that would appear on multiple sites.

This business provides a cheap entry to property owners having their advertisements on Realestate.com and Domain.com. You supply the text and they advertise on the websites as the principal and supposedly re-direct any enquiries to you.

HOWEVER, they are based in Surfers Paradise and their name and address appears as the agency contact on those websites which would be a turn off for anyone for someone wanting to rent a property interstate.
