This was the first time using the FSBO service for sale of property after having used the service for letting properties over the past three years - and the experience was as easy and streamlined as always!
Colin and the team were great to deal with, available over wide ranging hours to answer any queries I had.
I was selling land rather than a home so there was no need for open inspections or anything like that. I could answer queries that would invariably have been relayed to me by a real estate agent if they were involved, making it a more streamlined process for both the Purchaser and myself.
Overall, a great service at fantastic value - only a fraction of what it would've cost me had I listed with an agent!

I was very reluctant at first as so many people thought I was crazy for not using an agent to sell. I took the photos myself and within 2 days of listing we had received and accepted an offer! This was before we even received the For Sale sign in the post! Everything went smoothly and both us and the new owner were very grateful to meet each other in person.
