Bought Lip Injection, FreezeFrame said "faulty packaging" 5 times. $275 down. DREADFUL COMPANY
A DREADFUL COMPANY. RIPPED OFF. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. I was a loyal customer for about 3 1/2 years, spent a fortune with FreezeFrame then started experiencing applicators being empty on delivery. Fortunately, I have used the same pharmacy for the last 25years & they were ordering the product in for me. I returned all "faulty" applicators & packaging immediately but persevered as I loved the product. Sent the last lot back with a detailed letter, was told they claimed to be experiencing probs with applicators, eventually received 2 empty applicators back with an assurance the rep "had fixed them". $275.00 out of pocket. A DREADFUL COMPANY
Purchased for A$59.00.

Freeze frame review
This product does not give an instant result not even slightly it clearly states that it gives and instant result and long term result I haven’t used it long term so I can’t comment on that but I don’t know if I’ll bother since there falsely advertising the product.

Wasted Money - absolutely no result
Product dispenser does not work after a few goes. Dry flaky residue. Absolutely no change to skin at all despite going through two tubes of product. I agree with other reviewers that for all the hype this product is worthless.

yes, it is a great product if you can get it out of the tube
this is a great product, if the tube will dispense it. I was so desperate I hit it with a hammer to get the cream out.
Keep your docket and return it for a replacement . It is so annoying as it is very expensive

Nooooooo! Does nothing! !!!
A complete and utter waste of money, pretty expensive too for such a complete lack of ANY RESULTS!
I have tried another of their products, will never buy any again.
There are excellent very inexpensive brands made locally or online that will deliver real hydration at least.
And some such as good rosehip oil will brighten your skin as well.

The dispenser broke
I absolutely love this product!! however a month of using a small amount once a day the dispenser tube won't dispense the product. I tried to get a replacement but was told I must of used it all. This isn't true as I can still see plenty left in tube. Very frustrating as this product is not cheap.

works well but skin feels stiff
The lines are smoothed instantly and the effect lasts for about 8 hours. apllied over moisturiser or liquid foundation or using it alone it works well with no flakiness. Too much product will flake. So use it sparingly. The only issue I find with it is the freeze effect makes my skin feel stiff.

Flakey ness
This is only a problem IF you apply too much, my only disappointing factor was the applicator stopped dispensing half way through but in saying that my local pharmacy gave me a replacement one which was great. This product really works if you use it correctly and it goes a long way. $89 is a small amount to pay for the results you receive. Thank you freeze frame.........

Watch the video
This is a great product if applied correctly. I came across a video on YouTube and followed those instructions and it erased all of the lines. It actually does what it says if applied as per instructions.

Applicator problems
Great product but at $80 a hit I was not impressed that two of my applicators broke then I couldn't find a complaint line. So annoyed because the product is best inline

Waste of money
This product does nothing beneficial at all. It goes on the skin smoothly, feels cool and then just leaves a flaky white residue when it dries. Complete rip off and a total waste of time and money. I really don't know how they get away with the misleading advertising. Save your money girls.

The difference is minimal
Easy to use but only a very small difference in the appearance of lines etc. Over priced for what it is.

Very Impressive
I purchased this today from a chemist warehouse for about $74.00. I used only a tiny amount on my forehead frown lines and I found that it erased my lines instantly. The instructions in box recommend that you apply your moisturiser first, was off any residue then apply freeze frame product. This is what I did and I did not have a problem. I didn't get flakiness or powder residue like other reviews here. I've only used it once so I'll update in a few days.

Dispense clogs up and pump does not work
It worked well - up to a point. My biggest gripe is the useless "tube-like" dispenser which forever "clogs up" at the end, despite always closing it after use. Often "pump" will not work at all. From reviews above, it is clear I am not the only one with this problem. Maybe the company packages it like this, as some will simple purchase another "dispenser in the mistaken belief that the product needs replacement. Surprised they've done nothing despite the complaints.

It's all in how you use it
This does exactly what it is meant to do IF used correctly. It has taken me many attempts before finally finding the way in which it works for me. I use this as the FINAL step in my make up routine otherwise I find the product moves. Once all my makeup is applied (including eye makeup), I take the tiniest amount and dab it between two fingers to warm up the product. Then I gently dab it on my under eye area (dab quickly because it dries fast). If you can see white flakes, you've used too much product or you've tried to rub it once it's dri...Read more
ed. Applied in this way I find it totally removes my wrinkles (even my husband notices and says "What have you done to your eyes?) It removes all signs of wrinkles Hard to work with; the container can get stuck. If this happens, contact Freeze Frame directly and they'll ask you to send the old, malfunctioniong one and they'll send you a new one. I have done this on 2 occassions.Similar opinion? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
After all the hype re this product, I went to MYER to buy it for $60. Terrible product! Cakey and flaky at the nozzle all the time, you have to throw out the gunk before getting some liquid out of it. After 5 pumps, the syringe got totally stuck and refused to pump out although I had followed instructions to twist shut correctly. I must have used less than 1 ml of it. Sadly, I had thrown out the docket, never expecting any problems, so MYER would not accept the faulty product. I tossed it into the bin, and have since found cheaper natural produ...Read more
cts selling at chemists which work better (avoid syringes) and cost a fraction of the cost! What a waste of money. Nothing at all, nothing. Did not even function properly. Everything - clogged syringe, cakey, would not pump,Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Love it
I was highly recommended Freezeframe with Inhibox from lots of friends. At first I was sceptical but once I tried it I was completely amazed. My wrinkles were so much less noticeable. I know that if I apply too much it becomes a little flaky which is why I am always careful to follow the instructions on the box. I apply my mineral make up over the Freezeframe and I find it doesn’t damage the effect. It is important to use an oil free mineral make up. I loved Freezeframe with Inhibox, best anti ageing product on the market!!
effective

Lots of Hype Not Nice
Ok so I have seen the ads and as I am trying to pay a bit more attention to my skin I thought I'd check it out. I went to Myer and the girl applied it so I could try it. Firstly it absolutely smelt very familiar and not in a nice way. Secondly it leaves this weird white powder when it dries. Leaving that aside it did sort of tighten whilst the product was on but did not actually do anything for my skin. Needless to say I did not buy it.
Did tighten for a short time
Smelt. Left a White Powder on Skin, Expensive. No Long Term Results

Expensive. Tighten for very short time. Waste of money. Left residue on face. Not recommended to wear under make-up. Wish I could get a refund.

Bad
I wouldn't buy it again - if you put a tiny bit too much on it goes chalky under make up and then you have to take it all off and start again. It isn't as wrinkle erasing as the ad and it only lasts a few hours.
It does work in the way that you pat it on but don't rub it in & it does give the appearance on the forehead area that the wrinkles and lines have lessened.
Overpriced for a small product.

how do you contact freeze frame to get a replacement on faulty dispenser. Please change dispenser

This is the number I have found for this company. 1800 662 686 I tried it and it rings here in australia. 1800 662 686. Good Luck. It appears they have had many cases with the dispense "clogging up". I was told to return it where I bought it from. When i went to Priceline, they said I must return it to the company. The staff there said my case by not the only complaint they've had.
Hi Vonnie,
The customer service number is 1800 662 686. You can return it to the company if you ring them up they will get you to send them the faulty item and will send a replacement. They normally recommend taking it back to the place you buy it from as it is easier and quicker but they will exchange the faulty product with a new one if you ask.

d form a white powder and, as it says in the instructions - you can only use a mineral foundation. Once applied, keep your face still and don't apply any makeup for five minutes. Also, don't moisturise first - apply it only to clean skin. If anyone can suggest a better alternative - I'm listening!
