Avoid their laptops.... support is terrible

I bought a laptop, and liked the finger scanner till it didnt work. Its only 2 weeks old, and now asking for a pin which I cant remember. Their site says they have 24 hour 7 day support, which they dont. Have spent over 3 hours trying to speak with someone who knows these machine's. Have made a dozen calls, been transferred to wrong departments and on hold for way too long. Am now waiting for a call back, with no indication of when it will be.
