Robbed!
Online storeI purchased a generic car wing mirror. It did not work - wiring was completely wrong. Bought a genuine part elsewhere. Returned it to them for a refund, but refund not provided. Multiple calls and messages unanswered. I'm pursuing them through Fair Trading and may eventually get a result, at the cost of much needless hassle. Not worth the risk - deal with someone reputable.

Fusion AutomotiveI bought a dash mat some weeks ago. The advertised model for my car was in correct. I sent photos and FA were able to determine the mat assigned for the next year was the appropriate one to get.
My rating is 5 for the seller but the mat is a little short on the driver's end hence the 4 star.

Fusion AutomotiveI used these guys to track down a difficult airfilter. I made an error first time around and they did the second, but they fixed the mistake quickly and made sure I wasn't billed for the postage. Happy to use them again.

Disgraceful
Fusion AutomotivePurchased a dash mat, the details said that it would fit my car. Did not fit, contacted them, took 3 weeks to get a hold of them, they said to send it back at my own expense and as soon as they receive it they would send the correct one back. Didn't hear anything from them to say that they've received it. Contacted them, said that it was still getting made, even though the first order arrived within 7 days. Very poor customer service, and all I can think is that they must earn a lot of money, if they do not care about their customer satisfaction.
Idiots
Fusion AutomotiveOrdered parts as per description which covered my year model but they didn't fit. When asked to exchange for correct one they wanted to charge 20% "restocking fee", second postage and return postage for the wrong one they sent. Said it was my fault for ordering the wrong one although the description said it suited for my car, when I pointed out it was their mistake as the description was incorrect. They then argued that I had the model wrong and they had sent the correct one and the car in my drive was actually a different model. Lost for words at that and asked for my money back, still waiting.
Poor customer service, Slow to respond to emails, won't admit mistakes and want to charge extra to fix their mistakes.

Fusion AutomotiveI bought suspension kit for my 4wd. Had to ask questions about springs and was recommended C's with foam cell struts for front and gas shocks for rear. I paid over the phone and received parts in Queanbeyan 4 days later - all parts were in the shipment as pictured on web site, except for rubber sleeves on struts.
Telephone contact - advice on springs for 4WD with bullbar
Rubber sleves pictured in the add was not in the pack. My local service shop said that was normal.

Bought quite a few things from these guys and have found them very helpful, We had a similar mix up with payment, but that's because i didn't leave a reference when i put through a bank deposit, that was my fault not theirs. Anyways i will keep buying from them, keep up the great work guys!
The service and how they kept me informed
Having to wait for the mat to be made (i am a little impatient) But then again it was for a 76 Kingswood so i guess i can expect for them to stock everything
Disgraceful company to deal with
Fusion AutomotivePaid for order online and order never came, chased up after a good few weeks, told I hadnt paid for the order, had to send copies proving payment, no apology etc. disgraceful service will never deal with this company online or otherwise again, would advise to stay well clear. Clearly the monkeys are running the zoo!!
