Do not buy this product!
I purchased 3 of these quilts and my doona covers are covered in fluff that does not come off in the wash or airing them. I contacted Gainsborough and they just said that I can take them back to where purchased and didn't even apologise. Not happy at all! This is now the second type of Gainsborough product I have to take back for inferior quality. Won't be buying their products again!!!

FLUFF EXPELLING QUILT - DO NOT BUY
Purchased this quilt approximately 18 mths/2 years ago. Started noticing bits of fluff on quilt cover and sheets when removing them to wash. Fluff has steadily gotten worse over this time period and it comes from the actual quilt.
This quilt has not been washed, but only aired from time to time.
Have made contact with Gainsborough to let them know that they have a dodgy product (still on market June 2018) and asked if they could/would do anything for me.

Hi, I'm not too sure as I took the products back. Still have fluff on my doona covers from them after multiple washes. Really don't recommend this or Gainsborough. I didn't even get an apology from them. Pretty much ruined my doona covers.
I've just bought this product and have used it twice. Having read the coments I'm beginning to wonder if I made the correct purchase or if I've made an error.
I didn't buy the down quilt but rather the washable wool quilt.The quality is so superior for the price I bought it as Kmart had the woolquilts just 10 dollars cheaper.I found the cotton cover of the quilt is good quality along with the sating lining.The only complain is that the quilt is bid noisy but I hope it improves with time and use as,I don't want my toddler to wake up with the noise as,he's a light sleeper.Other than that highly recommended.Havent had the fluf coming out and I don't think it will as,I can see the quality of the wool quilt is good not sure about the down one you bought.
