They are either great or horrible.
Buying things/checking out is easy enough but if you make a mistake customer service will rarely help you fix it. Multiple times have they emailed me a tracking number be it express post or fastways and the number is not active until the next afternoon so the item is obviously not shipped

Excellent Customer Service!!
i made a purchase online and had a call from the manager to confirm the product I purchased,and not only did he agree to forward it Express Post, but did not charge more than the standard postal cost and I received the product ina couple of days. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Thank you Genesis!!!

Terrible customer service
On more than one occasion they didn't have what I ordered online (update your stocktake system) but the last time they tried to substitute with two inferior products, then when I complained, they acted like they were doing me a favour by trying to fix it (which they didn't anyway). Guy I talked to also had a really crappy attitude. The time before that they forgot to include a few things and when I contacted them about it, asked if they could just include it in my netx order, and that they'd lose money on the shipping - maybe do your job right and that wouldn't be an issue!!
Buy your stuff elsewhere and save the hassle.

Lured me with a product I was after, pushed me to buy something else because they did not have it.
This is the first and last time I'll order from these People. I ordered a Protein powder from their online store.
Four days passed and there was nothing happening with the order, so I left them a message. Hours later, I received a note asking me to call them to verify something. I called them, and one sales person said, that particular protein I ordered, is out of stock and I should pick something else. He suggested some protein and wanted me to pick one of them. on immediately because he will have no time for this order after this call. Eventually, he sold me a powder I've never heard of. I got off the phone and checked the macros and reviews of that Item he sold and realized the carbs were too much to the one I normally take (8.5g vs 40g). 30 mins later I called to stop the order, and left a message to call me back since he was busy with someone else. Then he called me back an hour later and said that the order was shipped and can not do anything about it. Basically, they shoved something up me, that I'll have to throw away. I might have lost $105, but, I want to warn anyone who would go to these guys in the future. Order from ebay guys. It is more safer, I have never had any issues.1 comment

Don't be fooled by the 2000+ great reviews, its probably fake
Reading the review above this one, I have encountered a similar experience just this week with 2 items I ordered. No stock and unwilling to refund 1st Order which was Amino Xtreme BCAA due to no stock; and they tried to offer me an inferior version, and then I highlighted this fact and then offered to provide me a towel and protein shaker for the difference! clearly not true if you look at Sazelfrazz review above. It took a lot of pressure for the supervisor to agree to the refund for the 1st Item. Second item (Cytosport Muscle Milk) there was a courier mess up and they refused to acknowledge the issue and when I proposed they refund as I didnt want to deal with their very inefficient inventory system, and the supervisor's poor customer service skills and bad attitude; refusal of refund. So now I have lodged a case to Fair Trading. I have never had to deal with this before, and its an experience I will remember and learn from. 1st time ordering, and the absolute last. Genesis, keep your business growth sales pitch to people who care; we just want the product at a good cost saving, efficiently and none of your shocking business practices and idea of customer service.3 comments

Good service, but very limited stock.
The purchase process from placing the order to receiving the order was very smooth with no trouble.
The supplements received was in very good condition, with an expiry date one and a half years from getting it.
However, the delivery time took 6 days, unlike their website have suggested of 3 days max. Also, their website is very outdated, with numerous product unavailable, but haven't been taken off the website.
The ranges of supplement company is also not that great, with some of the big ones missing.

Worst Service, no communications,no delivery
I started using this site and it was really good. My last 2 orders have been an absolute nightmare. Out of stocks with no notifications, this time round 6 days and nothing has been shipped. I put a dispute into PayPal just to cover my monies and in hope they would actually reply to 2 emails and I was suddenly sent a credit memo minus Paypal fee's, but no refund went into my account. If they are out of stock they seem to just hold your money and don't even bother to email you or call you. Now Im just trying to get my money back. Best advise I can give anyone is don't shop there.
