Blenders Buying Guide
Our buying guide will explain which type of blender would suit you most, how much you can expect to pay for one, and which features are worth looking out for.
this is very good and can't love without but, started the bit leaking the bottom of the machine.
the picture with 2 container, glass, one is plastic, & this picture is the one I have and using every morning for my smoothie & love one but it seems to renew new one as bottom of the machine is bit leaking and dark, That's why better buy new one soon.

Stopped without warning
This is our second Mix and Go. First one was working so well that bought a second to give as a gift. Unit 1 was working as expected then for no reason it stopped. I checked everything including the safety switch which is activated when you insert the mixer jug base, so I reverted to the spare unit which has worked fine until today when exactly the same issue occurred.
The capacity of the jug is great but I was glad of the spare because the gasket on the blade began leaking badly and the original glass jug cracked which I blame myself for poss...Read more

George you are great!!
In summer I don't know where I would be with out my George, the frozen fruit is powered through nicely which means my smooth isn't full on blended ice. 4 years om and still going strong. No shame if he died tomorrow.

Very good and reliable
Very good blender. It mixes anything from oats, frozen bananas, fruit, nuts- all to a fine powder. I have been using it for the last 2 years daily for smoothies. It is easy to clean as well as the base comes off. It can be quite loud but no louder than any other blender

Omg this product is relatively cheap and blends your smoothies in seconds.

Not to noisy and really easy to use and clean

Does the job
Happy with how it was able to blend fruits and make smoothies. Goes well with yogurt, ice and ice cream with fruit like bananas and blueberries. A bit noisy and not the powerful.

Reliable and makes great smoothies
Bought it because you can make a single smoothie in a bottle or a bigger batch in the jug. It's very easy to clean. Kids love the smoothies - it's powerful enough to get through ice and frozen fruit with no problems, and the jug makes enough to fill 3 big glasses. Had it for 2 years and no problems. Would recommend this over the smaller Mix&Go, as it will last longer.

Good value budget blender
The George Foreman mix and go blender is a good budget buy. When my more expensive blender broke and I went looking for a replacement blender I bought this. I love the fact that it can blend a smaller quantity in the cup and that you can make it and drink it on the go. I have used the larger blender jug for soup also but both the jug and cup get used mostly for blending smoothies. It can blend smaller quantities of ice but not sure how it would go with any harder ingredients. For the price it is good value and I'm happy with it.

Perfect for smoothies
I bought it with an intention to make shakes and smoothies to tone up for summer. I have not tried anything hard like nuts or raw pieces of fruit in there. It blends protein shake and water or milk well and this is what I want it to do. I think that it is a great product at a great prices

Multipurpose and bargain price
My son was using a cheap protein blender so I bought this to make protein shakes for him but it has the added bonus of being a blender for larger quantities in the big jug. You can blend strawberry or banana smoothies in the big jug or just make a single serve in the shake attachment.

Couldn't ask for more at this price
I purchased my mix and go pro from Target about a month ago and have been using it regularly (4 to 5 times a week) ever since. I only ever bought it with the intention of making smoothies in the morning and for this purpose its more than capable and has no trouble blending up fruits, oats and a bit of ice. The carry bottle is a good size and being able to blend in it and then put the drinking top on and go makes it a breeze in the morning. I haven't used the jug yet but it seems to be of really good quality, in fact much better quality than you...Read more
would expect at this price. As for the motor I'm not convinced it will pass the test of time but I only paid $26 for the whole kit, so if I only get 1 or 2 years service out of it I'll be happy with that.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Good value
Good value mixer, jug is solidly built thermo glass, stands up to smoothies and soups. It pulverizes carrots and apples quite nicely! The smoothie bottle is a little narrow and sometimes fruit gets stuck up top or the powders don't get blended all the way, which can get a little annoying. Still though for the price range, it does the job quite well.

I like it.
This was a good price in Target so I thought I would give it a try. It is the first small blender I have bought. It is noisy but that's probably normal. I bought some extra bottles cheap. I use it for fruit and yoghurt smoothies. I like it.

great on the go
Easy to use give you a fine consistency, handles ice cubes as well as fruit and vegetables chopped to size of ice cubes so not much preparing time before getting end result, well built and have had no problems with it yet, carry containers are great for on the go, quick to use, and hardly any clean up needed if rinsed after use. Also carry containers with it fits great in my car drink holder so can use on long driving trips. The noise level is ok as it's not for long, stores well on my electrical appliances shelf unit

Excellent for the price
I was keen on getting a blender and looked at a few more expensive ones but in the end just went to Target and grabbed one of these.
No Regrets! It is an excellent little thing and I use it every day and the container that comes with it is great too. A little noisy and I've only used it for berries, fruit and nuts with no frozen stuff but can't go wrong for the price

Perfect, can blend anything I want
Awesome idea where you can use one base for two types of blenders. I use the big one for when I'm too lazy to eat - blending cooked chicken and veges, and the small one for blending fruit smoothies.

Good quality basics
The blender does it job relatively well however they are quite loud and some of the plastic parts appears to be of flimsier materials.
The consistency should be above average.
A couple of good points are the interchangeable parts which make things easier to clean and customised and relatively low price point with glass jar which makes it more durable.

Great price and functionality
Bought this one mainly to make smoothies, which it does very well - including ice cubes. It's a bit noisy, but that can be lessened a little if you put the blender on some cork board or tea towels. The bottle blender is a good idea, but because it's long and narrow it's hard to clean! Used mine twice a week for almost a year and it's still going strong. No leaks.

Works Well Worth the price tag.
I picked the Mix and Go Pro up on sale at Target for $30 and it has outperformed any blender I have had at that price. I only use it for blending protein shakes with banana so it isn't being used on anything overly straining

My glass jug cracked and will fall apart soon. Does anyone know where in Melbourne can I get a replacement jug please ?

Had a similar issue and if I recall, I found a parts warehouse but price was over $40. Because a complete unit was on special at Target, I found it cheaper just to buy the full set.
