In a word - Awesome ! Cannot fault this bike, XT components, great XC, downhill & training bike, can lock suspension to varying degrees ( front & rear ), 29 inch wheels come into their own on this bike, it floats down rock gardens & steep stairs, flies over jumps, a great climber although the back wheel can slip on steeper climbs ( not really a problem ) it is solid, practical, incredibly versatile, as well as being sweet on the eye in terms of style & aerodynamics, function & flow, a very smooth & strong versatile bike

Changed from a hardtail to the 2012 anthem x 29er 0. This bike is amazing! It pushes you to go harder and then asks "is that it?". Lightweight, amazing rock shox rct3 forks and monarch rear. A match made in heaven. Looking for an all day enduro/xc bike? This is it. Single track is where is really shines. You will be amazed at the manners this bike has. Would buy this bike again in a heart beat. I used to think 26 inches is the only way to go but boy was i wrong. Buy with confidence!!!
