Poor communication and complaints process. Company didn't inform us of delivery process and so our new deck that we finished hours before was compromised by being walked on. Manager abusive when raising issue with them.

I have about 46 linear metres of frameless glass pool fencing. The Staff especially Jennifer Daniel worked with us to come up with a design and panel sizes to highlight our pool. Jennifer is profession and friendly. She help move dates when our other trades ran late. We went with 1.8m on the long sides as well as 1.6 on the sides. The quality of glass is excellent. The guys that delivered and installed were professional and took care of the glass as well as the surround area that they where delivering and installing in. Highly recommend them for cost which was '000 less than others around and the quality of their product as well as communication.
