Global Shop Direct took payment for my goods 5 weeks ago. I received an email shortly after saying my order has been processed and to allow 28 days for delivery. Today I called as I have not received the goods to be told by the operator"We did not expect to sell so many and our next shipment wont be here till the end of next month" Really bad service considering they took payment knowing they don't have the stock.

I love Global Shop Direct. I am on a pension and the payment plan is excellent and affordable for me. I love the range of products and have bought a couple of things. I am currently saving to purchase the Dream by Genie bra.

It is pretty easy to navigate and very self explanatory and quality of goods are very good also very happy

I purchased a 5 minute cooker and to the only good thing I can say that it cooks omelettes ok
Any other food product it struggles and only ends up steaming product
If unit was advertised to only cook eggs that's factual other products demonstrated on TV it is not capable as very much under powered
After being used about 6 times unit failed and kept on blowing earth leakage device
It is now in the bin as I'm not prepared to spend more good money on freight sending faulty unit back

I swore that I would never buy any product that is promoted on TV, I should have listened to myself

I bought 2 products from Global Shop, Genie bras and Hollywood Pants.
Found both products to be of a very poor quality.
The Genie bra is NOT suitable for a large busted lady even though I bought 2xl bra.
The Hollywood pants are NOT suitable for tall ladies. Im 173cm and the pants reach only half way down my lower legs. They are extremely tight too. I wear a size 18 pair of pants and bought the 2xl-3xl.

Rang the customer service department & the man said "cant you find a friend the bras will fit".

Bought a pair of these with the arm arm breaking within 2 days. had the glasses replaced with the arm of them snapping within a month. I am careful with my belongings and do not abuse things. Be very careful before buying as they are not supposed to be worn while driving. Not a good pair of sunnies.

60 odd bucks for this little pearler and i swear i can fart stronger than it blows air. It does slightly manage to cool the tiny amount of air it blows if you put ice cubes in it but you have to hold it 30cm from your face to feel it. Im sending mine back, called them for refund/return details and was asked "do you want to give it to someone as a gift rather then going to the trouble of sending it back?". Ummm yes!!
Dont waste your money people, my usb powered laptop fan blows stronger than this rubbish

Over 40 days of waiting for my order wasn’t good enough so I call to ask for a refund, however it was ignored and a week later I received an email saying product has been dispatched. When I called back I was told there was nothing they could do. A total rip off! They use your money while you have to wait forever to receive product. This Company is a total scam and will never ever use again. Learnt my lesson! A very unethical company.

Purchased online on 7th Sep, it's now 4th October. Still waiting on parcel. Have phoned to enquire where it is and was told as soon as stock arrived in Australia I would receive mine. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Will never order again with this company. I have been waiting for my item for a month and called. It’s in high demand was the excuse- stop advertising then till you catch up- you have my money and I don’t have my product. My first experience with this company and I will be telling everyone never to order with them.

Don't know have not received it was told another week have had no contact from this company, poor business skills.

My order was delivered within 10 days, however the product (Relief Wrap) was nothing like the advertisement indicated. Two large objects at about shoulder blade level, the size of large eggs, pulsating which feels like a large bird pecking at your back in 2 spots only. It is not comfortable to sit back in a chair and definitely couldn't take to bed because of hard objects in the back and very loud.
Also the magnet is quite weak so the product is heavy. Very disappointed, especially having spent $80 Aud

No customer feedback back about the order being on backorder till I rang a month later then only wanted to sell me more stuff.

The navigation was straight forward, only I found once an order was in checkout and NOT yet in basket my mobile wouldn't let me click on other items until placed in basket. Maybe it's my phone? I like your product and quality range.
I'm very satisfied with the order I placed, also I have emailed you to discuss P&H as I have 5 items and being charged for 3 items, but all in all I'm pleased.
Just adding I have purchased an Euribed from you and although I collected at P/O when I went home to set it up. It was easy, it is comfortable, I sleep on it every night and very satisfied.
