Are all your mobile phones pre owned or reburbished ? Do you sell brand new phones ?

Thank you for your enquiry and interest in our devices.

Most of our stock is used/pre-owned devices however we also stock a few Brand New devices and we offer a 30 day change of mind period on all our devices.

Our pre-owned devices undergo a rigorous testing and checking process to ensure they are functional. These devices come with a minimum 6 month warranty period and are packed in a generic white box with a USB cable and wall charger.



If you prefer a Brand New they are still sealed in their original box with the original accessories and have 24 month manufacturer warranty.

Our refurbished devices undergo a rigorous 72 point testing and checking process and we also data wipe all our phones. We categorise our items into 4 different cosmetic conditions and they are all fully functional.

If you are not satisfied with the phone, you have a 30 day of mind period where you can choose to return the phone for a refund. We also provide 12 months warranty on the refurbished iPhone XR and should the phone fail within this team, just reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you with your claim.

Please note, we also have the iPhone XR available in Brand New condition which comes with 24 months manufacturer warranty.

Why is it so hard to get a iPhone replaced when it fails. After market service is Terrible for me from my experience can you explain this?
Just getting a clear communication is a shocking experience

Thank you for reaching out to our team and we're sorry to hear you are having issues with your iPhone.

If you have not done so already, could you please provide your order details and IMEI number of the phone to our customer service team?
You can email us at [email protected] or contact our office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST on 1300 981 361.

We understand that you would like to have your issue resolved as soon as possible and we would like to assist as best we can. We do go through some troubleshooting steps to see if it may fix the issue so that you do not need be without your device.
However if the steps do not work, we require the IMEI of the phone and to confirm if the device has been physically or water damaged. Unfortunately physical and water damage will void your warranty and if the IMEI you have stated does not match our records, we cannot accept you return.

If your details have been confirmed and there is no damage, a return will be initiated and we will provide you with a return authorisation number with the return steps.

We have these protocols in place to ensure all returns and inquiries are dealt with appropriately so we can assist and resolve any claims within a timely manner.

I have supplied the IMEI to the customer support team multiple times over the weekend :)

I also multiple times explained that the device screen was blank so I couldn't get the IMEI. I worked out myself that it is also on the Apple website.

The phone has been returned express post. I will assure you that it has not been dropped or emerged in water. You will see this from the condition in which it arrives.

No-one would listen to me over the weekend and it felt like sub standard service, particularly when I explained my circumstances, that is I am working from how due to COVID 19 and I needed the phone for work.

It was clear this wasn't your problem, I guess its not, but some help would of been nice. 3 people were involved in the communication.

Thank you for letting us know that you have provided us with the required information and the phone has not been damaged.

Please note, if you are unable to access the phone, the IMEI number may be found on the SIM tray of the phone and there is also a label on the side of the box the phone was packed in, with these details. If your phone is linked to an iCloud account, you may be able to also find it when you log into your iCloud account.

We do apologise for the messages over the weekend as our warehouse is closed over the weekend and we are unable to confirm the IMEI number without our internal system and in turn may cause delays when initiating your return. Rest assured faults and issues concerning devices and our service is our priority and we aim to have these issues resolved as soon as possible to ensure you have a satisfactory device and experience.

We are glad to hear you were able to organise the return today and we understand a lot of people are having to work from home and electronic devices are becoming more of an essential item.

If you could please message our team with your return tracking number, if you had chosen this option, so we will be able to keep an eye out for your return and ensure it is received accordingly and we may resolve this as soon as possible.
