I've used this on 3 camping trips so far. The non-stick properties work well. It is easy to slide the hot container into the neoprene sleeve using the silicone gripper. It is very well designed, heats quickly and since you can eat or drink from the pot, saves on washing up. The spork didn't cope with my 12 year old son, it is very weak/flexible and tricky to pull apart just the right amount that you don't separate it completely. I've used it on a hex stove and gas flame.
Light, compact, integrated heat sleeve and sipper lid, effective and small silicone gripper, perfect size for one person.
Not a fan of the included spork.
