Terrible
The parts get destroyed and broken after 6 months. And the parts are very expensive to replace even if you are lucky to find them. Spend a bit more and a good brand.
Purchased for $497.00.

Although have had it repaired under warranty I like this machine!
Great for small households and kitchens with not much space. We have three adults in our household so its nice to be able to fill it completely and wash once a day rather than waiting two or three days to fill a standard size washer. We did have a strange noise eminating from it from the day we installed it- a plumber friend said he thought it was a solenoid issue - which it was once the service guy eventually came out. Customer service is handled by Fisher & Paykel and proved to be a bit inefficient and unprofessional, which is not what I would have expected from them, but in the end they fixed the issue and now the machine runs quieter and more efficiently.

Don't Waste Your Money
The bottom draw never stays on it's runner, making it next to impossible to push in and the dishes always come out dirty, even from the longest setting.
This dishwasher was purchased by our landlords so unfortunately we are stuck with it, but we are much better off to forget the dishwasher & hand wash the dishes instead.

Rubbish. Fixed 5 times so far under warranty for leaking
I bought this brand new and 4 weeks after installation it started to leak from under the door seal. The door seal was replaced under warranty and the Haier warranty agent took over a week to get in touch. 2 weeks later leaking in the same spot. I had a good look and the lower door seal is unsupported in the centre. It seems to stretch slightly in the area it is unsupported. Several weeks after each repair the stretched rubber starts leaking again. A serious design flaw in my opinion. I do not recommend this model.
