I recently ordered some Haigh's chocolate as Christmas gifts (as I do every Christmas). Unfortunately this year the chocolate was delivered very late in the day, on our hottest day on record. My chocolates were unfortunately not in a condition to be given as gifts. When I showed Haigh's the photos of the chocolates, they immediately replaced my damaged chocolates. My new chocolates arrived in mint condition (and temps were in low 30's) and I know my family and friends will love them as much as I do when they open their presents of beautifully gift wrapped Haigh's dark chocolates.
