The first lot of installers were early, fast and efficient - would highly recommend them. Then the electricians were very friendly very efficient and very informative. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the installation and look forward to seeing how well they work.

We were really happy with Half Price Shutters. From the person who came out to quote to the person that measured, and then the installation and electrician. They were all very professional and we were really impressed with the quick turnaround. The roller shutters not only look really good but we love the fact that we chose the electric ones. They are very smooth and the choice of colour is great.

All was fine until our shutter was installed with large dents in the frame. We were told we would need to wait 3 months for a replacement. 9 months later they came to install the replacement for it to be the incorrect piece. 1 month after that (10 months after the orginal install) the correct piece was installed. At no point was an apology made or a suitable reduction in fee offered.... instead they just complained that that were out of pocket! The customer service we received after we had a problem was very different to the standard when they were trying to secure our business!!

Our shutter was installed very quickly and the area was left clean and tidy. The shutter operation is smooth and quiet. A quality product at a great price, so couldn't have asked for more.

It was all pretty smooth sailing from start to finish. I must comment on the installer and electrician though. They were fantastic. The day was drawn out as the electrician were a lot later than expected. Although I didn't hear anything for hours, once they arrived, they apologised and were super friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Half Price Shutters and am considering outdoor blinds so will definitely get a quote.

Contacted Half Price Shutters for a quote and they visited our home. Service was excellent. Salesman was very professional and helpful. Blinds were installed in a very professional way and time, electricians arrived and connected them. Blinds are very easy to operate and quiet.

The product is very good we are really happy with our shutter. We were also very pleased that this company did not undertake all the crap sales garbage like calling their boss multiple times to get a better price. The first price they offered was the final and their install and payment etc was all hassle free.
