Range is fantastic. Food is ultra fresh and of very high quality. Love the same day delivery. So much better than Aussie Farmers and would never use Coles or Woolies anyway. Took a bit of mucking around with the website to register initially, so maybe take a look at that. But otherwise, just wonderful, thank you!

I love the fact I can now get Harris Farm home delivery, the produce and meat is so fresh, the variety is excellent. Loving it!

Although we have been long time customers of HF through their retail outlets, this was our first experience with their online service. Our first order was easy to place, priced reasonably and delivery spot on time.

The staff at Boronia Park shop went out of their way and were so exceptionally kind last Friday when I lost my car keys. They searched all areas, announced over speaker, calmed me, as I was becoming quite distraught until they were eventually found by a clever Wendy and Norma. Jack was also very helpful. Their empathy and community spirit were outstanding.

First Harris Farm delivery. Love the selection, quality and freshness. Only downside 2 litre fresh milk due to expire 3 days after delivery.

Accurate fact: only 1/2 my order arrived. I have lost count of how many times this has happened.
Objective statement: Harris Farm is the most unreliable online service of any kind I have used. I am fed up and won't be back.

I was a little bit worried about some missing items but received an email getting a refund for the items. Very happy.

I ordered online whereas I usually shop in store because I had injured myself. After I ordered I need to get an X-ray. Very kindly this was taken into consideration and the food delivered with this in mind.

I cannot faulty the quality of the food. When you shop online you know the price, but you just have to trust that the store will pick the best fresh fruit and vegetables for you. And Harris Farm Boronia Park have exceeded my expectations at the first attempt. I placed my online order on Saturday afternoon, and there was no urgency so we chose the first available free delivery. Who expects to get fresh food and groceries delivered at 8pm on a Sunday night? Just in time for back to school, and the kids had fresh fruit and bread available on Monday morning. Not the cheapest prices, but the very best quality food.

They delivery my coffee and cheese with Harris farm shopping bag, and the delivery guy told me he need the shopping bag back, so I have to take everything out of the bag straight away and return the bag to him, this is a little bit inconvenience for me. Hope they could improve that.

Our delivery was dropped off at the front door of our neighbours. No one tried to contact us on the provided phone numbers and we only found out 40 minutes after the time we were expecting it. After calling customer service and being told that the driver had already delivered the food I went to each neighbour and found it sitting at the front door of one of them. We had ordered a number of refrigerator items and we have no idea how long the order had been sitting at their doorstep with the cold items just sitting on top of the boxes of groceries and vegetables. Then when we got the order unpacked we found out that the wrong bread had been sent.

I have tried the big supermarkets' online shopping and have always been disappointed with the quality of the fruit and veg. With Harris Farm I feel like it is as good as if I had selected the items myself. The range is great and the meat and other produce are always good quality and very fresh. As a working mum my food shopping is much simpler and more convenient. Online service team are very prompt and helpful too.

I get my very fresh veggies, meat and deli and the recipes to make my family happy and healthy and me tress free.

Just around the corner, easy access, great range of produce, love the special bins - just love having access to Harris Farm on a daily basis! Friendly service, love the help to the car. Would be good to have a reward style of system to allow special purchases now and again based on expenditure.

Harris Farms online range is great; and the store staff/Pickers always call to discuss when items are unavailable and replace them with substitutes or refund. Makes it easy to be green!!

Food is far fresher than any of the supermarkets and whilst I get quality you get my business! So far .. Excellent - a few earlier delivery time options would make it perfect!!

Harris farm always has fresh produce and a great variety. I love shopping there. I love the imperfect fruits and vegetables they taste good and the price is great.

I always try to bypass the supermarkets to buy my fresh food at HFM. Parking is easy, store is clean and well stocked (though no argyle beef sausages on display the day I was there so had to buy sausages at woollies next door). Check out staff are always friendly and I can get in and out in a short time. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
