how do i connect to 9now, does it have to be in the apps
Honestly, sell it, while it still works, and buy a Samsung! Hisense are badly made, hard to use, and their ‘Customer service’ should be prosecuted for false advertising! I bought a used Samsung, in th...
Read moree middle of lockdown, last year, because my rubbish Hisense, exactly the same model as yours, gave up the ghost, just weeks past the warranty period. This was after Hisense had patched it back together, when it was only a few months old. Less than 3 years after their ‘Fix’, the same problem appeared, and they did nothing to help me! On the upside, I couldn’t be happier with my Samsung, better picture quality, easy to use, and I can install any Apps I wish, on it! Samsung TV’s, are definitely worth the extra money! Cheers.Agreed on customer service they got me to give all my I fo and then could not help me, with technical issues
Why are we not able to download more APPS for the 'smart' tv?? A simple programing and linking from your website would be what is required, rather than being told by a tech support that it can not be done
Yep, because the product is sh!t!!! I totally agree, and in fact, I’m a computer scientist. If my TV had lasted for a decent amount of time, after the end of warranty, I would have pulled the code apa...
Read morert, and made it possible to download more apps, or, just loaded an android platform onto the TV. My girlfriend had the same rubbish TV, she is also a computer scientist, and is constantly frustrated by its limitations! If her TV (The second one she has had, by the way, as the first one was completely stuffed, the first time she plugged it in! The shop actually said ‘Yep, it’s common, with these TV’s!’ If Hisense wants to issue legal action against me, go right ahead, it’s all documented! I would also like to let you know, that I have a law degree, as well as a computer science one!), survives a significant time, beyond the warranty period, I’m sure she will make a patch to make this possible, if the hardware allows it! Best of luck, with this substandard product! I suggest an Apple TV box, until this is possible. Regards, Annoyed.Hi Paul,
Thanks for your question....

I live in regional New South Wales. The only Freeview available is ABC and SBS. Why are purchasers not advised of this at time of
Purchase. Not happy
Because Hisense have the world’s worst customer service! Once they have your money, they don’t want to know you! I bought a second hand Sony (Which works so much better than my Hisense ever did, and i...

How do you download apps like 9Now and 7plus when the new 2020 Hisense tv does not support them..?
Like everything else Hisense, it will be very complex, and not possible. They sell overpriced rubbish! I have had to resort to using my ancient, no name TV, which was in my garage (I actually got it f...

My advice, sell your TV, while it’s worth something, and buy ANY other brand! My Sony CRT TV, that I had, nearly 10 years ago, was still PERFECT, when I upgraded to my first LED/LCD TV. My Sony was over 20 years old! This piece of rubbish Hisense is a little over 3 years old! The Hisense fridge that I bought a few months before my ‘Wonderful’ TV, has also packed up now! Good work Hisense, thanks for the understanding in such a difficult time for the community!!! I vow to continue telling everyone that will listen, what garbage you inflict on people, product and ‘Customer Service’ wise! Rubbish company, rubbish products and ZERO customer support!Hi

I live in regional Australia. Free view does not work in my area. Is there a way I can get the apps for 7, 9 and 10? The Opera store is hopeless. Have a 32N4
Hi Adrian, we are sorry you are having issues with one of our products. Are you referring to 7plus and 9 now that you are unable to get ? or just normal channel 7,9, 10?
‘Opera’, another Hisense quality inclusion! ‘At Hisense, rubbish is not an option, it’s standard!’

65p6 can you give 7plus
Our Hisense control has become almost impossible to use. The left button for scrolling won’t respond unless you press the button countless times. Plus 10play now no longer plays. You can find the show you want to play but it won’t allow the show to load.

Read moreeted many months ago. It also continually changes to any channels it wants to! Typical Hisense GARBAGE!!!I understand from an earlier post that Hisense was developing an app that would be launched early this year, to access 7Plus and 9Now. Are you able to give us an update on when this will be, and how we access these on demand stations? Thanks
Hi, You can navigate through the Freeview Plus service to get access to 7plus and 9now, if you meet the criteria. if you do not see the app in your app store, then it is not available and third party device is required.
Wow, if this is right, I’ll be taking my brand new tv back for a refund then. That’s actually ridiculous and not a very ‘smart’ tv then!
How do i d download 9now
Hi, If you give our friendly technical support team a call on 1800 447 367, they will be able to address your enquiry.
This is not true, I have tried calling and they advised this is not possible on Hisense tv. If this is a blanket response why not just share that on this forum so consumers aren't left frustrated?
Typical Hisense lies! ‘Call customer service, so that we can plan you off, sucker!’ As soon as lockdown is over, I will be delivering my ‘Wonderful’ Hisense products back to Hisense! They don’t work, so I have no use for them!
How do I download 9now without mirroring?

No 9Now, 7Plus, 10Play, Kayo Sports... How crap is this? Luckily I got my Hisense TV for an absolute bargain.
Will be selling this back off!
