Our Hisense control has become almost impossible to use. The left button for scrolling won’t respond unless you press the button countless times. Plus 10play now no longer plays. You can find the show you want to play but it won’t allow the show to load.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you've experienced an issue with one of our products. If you give our friendly technical support team a call on 1800 447 367, they will be able to address your enquiry. We will be able to do a camera test to see if the remote is faulty. Just not possible to do over this.

Hi Col, The TV does not discriminate between channels. It will only pick up channels where the signal is strong enough to be detected. Signal is not a manufacturing fault. We can go through a manufacturing reset of the TV in which you will need to call Hisense directly and troubleshoot as there is more than 1 thing we need to confirm with you when you are in front of the unit.If you give our friendly technical support team a call on 1800 447 367, they will be able to address your enquiry.

Hi, You can navigate through the Freeview Plus service to get access to 7plus and 9now, if you meet the criteria. if you do not see the app in your app store, then it is not available and third party device is required.
Wow, if this is right, I’ll be taking my brand new tv back for a refund then. That’s actually ridiculous and not a very ‘smart’ tv then!

This is not true, I have tried calling and they advised this is not possible on Hisense tv. If this is a blanket response why not just share that on this forum so consumers aren't left frustrated?

I “now” have no trouble with Netflix since joining Telstra but I’m no longer on wireless and now with wired NBN.
And I pay for mine, $75 per month.
Not had much to do with the free network, sorry..

Ten Play is not working properly on my Hisense TV. I have tried watching 3 episodes of 2 different shows & 2 would let me watch till the first ad break then stopped working, going back to screen showing episodes. The third would not even start. Nine works fine, so I believe its just a Ten Play issue.

KAYO doesn’t work with Hisense. You need an Apple TV, Chromecast or similar. Ridiculous really.

Hi Emily, the best point of contact is always Hisense Customer Care Call Centre, so I will always direct them, as they are here to answer and assist you with issues or product questions .
