Hizero Bionic Hard Floor Cleaner

Possibly twice to refill water, floor is instantly dry after using it.

I was looking for something simple, effective, reliable and easy to use (I'm lazy and just want something that gets the job done with a minimum of fuss). I took the plunge and happy to report that Hizero ticks all my boxes. I've had it for several months now and even when I ran into problems (not sucking water) the instruction videos turned a potential headache into a 'well that was really easy' - turned out I had a minor blockage from accumulated grime in the tube, that had neglected to clean out (told you I was lazy).. A couple of quick squirts from a syringe (per the video) and I was back up and running perfectly in less than 10 minutes. Hizero - I promise to clean it out regularly in future. Not cheap but highly recommended

I normally need to refill about 6 times to do the whole house (140 sqm) but it’s so easy that it doesn’t feel like a burden.
The floor is almost completely dry after using, so I can walk over it straight away without making a mess.
It’s very easy to clean, and the battery charges very quickly.
I particularly love how close it gets to the skirting board.
It doesn’t give me a backache to use because it pulls itself forward and can be pulled back without too much effort, and it’s the perfect height for me.

It’s not a purchase it’s an investment. With a toddler, a baby on the way and an indoor dog it has been my favourite appliance. I use it everyday, we have hard floors through our entire home. You don’t have to deal with dusty vacuum filters or dirty mop water that’s my favourite thing. Cuts my cleaning time in half by sweeping and mopping at the same time and it leaves the floor dry so I don’t have to wait until my toddler is asleep to be able to mop!

It is very easy to use and also easy to clean after use. I watched the recommended videos which were well worth the time spent. The only slight negative is how often I need to refill the water tank but my house if fairly large. The battery lasts right through to the end which is great.

Makes cleaning a breeze. I have a large house so am finding have to refill water tank 3 times to get it done but at least the battery lasts for the entire clean. Have had for 3 months and feel the roller isn’t cleaning as well as it first did. Am ordering another to see if it makes a difference. Thanks

It is great when my younger kids spilled food and Liquid on the floor. With Hizero, I don’t have running in and out to clean the floor and rinse the clothes. Too great!

I have been using Hizero for almost 2 years. Bought 2 (801) - one for my mum and one for myself. She is using it more often than myself. She is super happy, and finds it very much an ease to use at her older age. She is a hygiene freak and Hizero meets her high standards.

We had a few technical issues along the learning path of using our mops and our questions were answered very swiftly even on weekends. All were easy to sort. They have plenty easy to follow videos to refer to. They are very active on Messenger. They are very responsive on e...

Battery lasts well. Do need to fill water and empty dirty container throughout but easy to do. I like that it propels itself as even though it's heavy, it holds itself upright and starts moving.

We upgraded from the F801 to the F803. Using the Hizero is now part of our daily routine, our floors are always squeaky clean and small spills are not a hassle at all to clean up. We couldn't live without this appliance in our house now!

Fabulous!!!! Makes cleaning the floor (almost) fun. The Hizero is by far the best floor cleaner I have ever used and the results are stunning. It is very easy to use and leaves the floor dry after cleaning.

A surprisingly small amount of water is used which leads to an almost dry clean. Being powered by a rechargeable battery means no cords to worry about.

We have three kids and keeping the house clean became an absolute chore! The Hizero is an absolute time saver and makes quickly cleaning the floor an easy task. The after sales support from Hizero is also the best I’ve experienced. You talk to someone that actually cares, and they make sure your up and running again as quick as possible. The only thing I would mention (and I’m sure they’re all like this) but the reach in the grout gaps is not that great, so depending on how deep your grout is, it’s gonna be dirty. But the long and short of it is, do t waste your time or money on anything else. Buy a Hizero. Easy to use, easy to clean is not big a bulky great after sales support. You can’t go wrong.

As always my new upgraded hizero cleans efficiently, now it cleans further before needing refilling AND I no longer have to do the jiggle thing on the charging dock, plug in much better.

Love the new upgrade I got when I sent my old machine in after the dirty water tank kept falling out during use. The mop itself and buttons on lids/water tanks seem sturdier. Don’t love the new charging dock (with plug in charger), often either forget to plug the mop in to charge or rip the plug out of the wall when I pick the mop up and walk away. Taking it off the charging doc used to be an easy one handed move.
