I had to send request twice. Both times I had a reply to say the request had been sent out. It was a bit disappointing that in the request was 2 Windows replaced and tinting. The person doing the Windows didn't do tinting. So I still have to organise it.

This service is pretty good and fast. I wanted to get a quote for installation of hot water unit. Just a few minutes after I made the request, I received the text from one plumber and the hot water unit was installed next day. Impressive!
