Had this about 6 months and use it at least twice a week. This is a great device, really gives the muscles a workover and you can feel the heat. The settings are basic but usable and can feel the difference. Definitely recommend.

We wouldn't be without this lifesaver, but our first one lost the high speed range short of one year. Harvey Norman refunded cost. We bought another. I must admit we don't use the heat setting as it takes a while to heat up

Purchased this item from Catch,com.au for under $70 within 2 days of use my neck issue resolved, still working on the lower back works great on my legs & hips the heat function does work but could be better this product is great value for money cheaper & better than one overpriced massage
