Hi,
I have booked a hotel through revato for the 9th April 2016 and wish to cancel it. I know there is a link in the email (I was sent) allowing me to cancel or manage the booking. However, everytime I click on the link and it takes me to revato.com, it continuously states "This property is unavailable at this time. Please check back soon." This has been happening for about a week now. How can I contact them?

Hi Renee, when using our 'book direct' option, the hotelier only is in charge of your booking and you should be able to contact them to cancel your booking. If you are still experiencing some issues, please send us an email to customerservice(at)hotelscombined(dot)com and we will escalate this on your behalf. Hi there, my Revato booking ref for Fraser Suites Perth are #105738637 and #142869596. I would like to cancel both bookings with the check-in date on 10Feb but was unable to do it online or via hotel. Please kindly assist! Email has already been sent to your customer service email, but no response yet...

Hey Tina, tks for asking! When you use the 'book direct' option, only the hoteliers are in charge of your booking(s) as written on your booking confirmation(s). As this is a very new & exciting booking path, not all hotel team members might be aware of it just yet. Please rest assured that we've sent this hotelier a reminder of his obligations with your booking last Friday, only a couple of hours after you send us your first feedback over email. You should have an update from them by now, if not please tell Andrea at [email protected] who is and will continue taking good care of you - Have a good one!

Hi! We have booked a room through revato in Dubai in boutique7 hotel and received confirmation but on the hotels' website we can't find our reservation by the # of booking. Then we contacted the hotel through email and they asked us to update card information on the booking.com. What should we do?

I have been looking at booking the Al Murooj hotel in Dubai. The hotel has the two bed apartment at $572 per night (AU$1368 for two nights including taxes) and similar prices on most other booking sites. However today, I found the same apartment for AU$764 incl taxes for four people two nights, booked through Revato. Have I just been incredibly lucky? Usually when things look too good to be true, they are. What assurance do we have that if we book this is will be honoured? Thanks! Susie

I have booked a hotel in Bali and when I queried with the hotel they said I had to contact Revato.com. Can you tell me how to contact them please?

They are the only ones that have full access to your booking and financial details. Hi! I was just about to book a room via your site for Mantra Circle on Cavill but called the hotel direct to ask some questions regarding the room, etc. However they quoted a rate at $596 for 2 nights but your site said to click on link to book directly with hotel for $348 for 2 nights. The Mantra woman I spoke to could not verify or match the amount quoted of $348.
Can you please confirm if the site 'revato' or book revato is a valid and legitimate website/company associated with your company and website?

Once booked via this option, only the hotelier has access to your booking and financial details: this also implies that the hotelier should take care of your questions/feedback. Booking ref: 437552522 at Revato.
I have booked 2 rooms at Residencia Melon District Marina from 22-5 to 26-5. I Want to cancel one night for one of the rooms, (from 22nd to 23rd) but that is not an option in the menue on the WEB-site. Since there are no spare rooms, I do not want to cancel, and then make a new reservation. I have sendt several emails to the hotel, but they say they can not make changes on the voucher. Are you able to help me, I do not find any e-mail adress or phonenumber to Revato?

Hi I have noticed booking.com does not have good reviews ie bookings secured with cc then cancelled. Should I stay clear of booking.com deals from your website?

I didn't book a holiday to Bali. I used hotels combined to go search for and eventually book the best hotel for money value through venere.com in Melbourne for study purposes (I'm a distance education student). It was great to be able to compare prices and work out what I wanted. For example I'm not familiar with Melbourne that much and I know I will have busy days on my study visit so I wanted a hotel that included breakfast. This was the deal breaker for me as I don't want to get up and go on a scavenger hunt for food. Best advice is work out your must haves...e.g. includes breakfast, has WiFi, Must be central to things that I need to visit...e.g. State Library of Victoria ect. Then find what suits you needs and budget.
